Prompt & pleasant receptionist when made the call.
Appointment arranged promptly with an engineer to visit & attend at a convenient time.
Pleasant & knowledgeable engineer provided sincere service and explained what was the probable cause of the problem. The engineer carried with him adequate spare parts to replace the defective part.
The only deficiency was no follow up calls to see if the problem is resolved completely satisfactorily or partially resolved or persists. In my case part of the issue is not resolved.

Since my electric water heater was installed in August 2025 it has failed 3 times. I reported the last failure about 5 weeks ago and also pointed out that I had by daughter, her husband and their baby staying with me while they moved house. As of now the heater is still not working. I received a call to say there had been a mix up with the spare part (a printed circuit board) and a date for installation was set (last Friday). On the Thursday I received a call to say that the engineer could not come but I would be scheduled in this week. It is now Wednesday and I have heard nothing.

Combo boiler fitted now broke down for the sixth time, last repaired January 26. New fault seems same problem as repair that was carried out within six months of when boiler first fitted.
Suggested it might be water supply?? So everyone else is no doubt having the same problem!!

Terrible company with all the support of a spider with one leg,Recently a 3 year old genus one was put to sleep as we couldn’t get a replacement Heat exchanger anywhere,Terrible customer service,They don’t do fixed price repairs like better brands and don’t care once the product is sold,As a professional heating/Gas engineer I would never promote this product

A COMPLETE SCAM!!! A NEXT-GENERATION BOILER THAT IS ONLY 3 YEARS OLD HAS LITERALLY EXPLODED DUE TO RUST SPREAD ALL OVER THE UNIT!!! THE PREVIOUS ONE LASTED 25 YEARS, AND THIS ONE IS DEAD AFTER JUST 3. DISGRACEFUL!!!!

Dysfonctionnement persistant de communication entre le chauffe-eau et l’application de pilotage : résultat, des clients en location via Airbnb et Booking se retrouvent avec des douches froides.
Aucun support opérationnel de la part de Ariston : impossible d’échanger par téléphone avec un technicien lors de notre appel, refus de transfert vers le service technique ou un interlocuteur commercial / relation client.
Seul recours : un parcours complexe pour créer un ticket d’incident écrit, avec une réponse sans engagement de délai; ou une réclamation par email au service client, également sans aucun délai garanti.
Aucune prise en compte de l’urgence. Pendant ce temps, les clients Airbnb et Booking peuvent continuer à profiter de douches… vivifiantes.

There are many settings I would like to access that are only available to engineers, I would also like to see optimum start added to the control to optimise energy efficiency with varying weather conditions.

We have Ariston EVO 30 boiler , we went away on
the 24/01 for a short break in the Cotswolds ( I have booking confirmation and invoices to support this) we returned on the 29/01 to find the boiler in fault and it would not reset. Called the gas engineer he attended and after consulting with Ariston the boiler required a new circuit board but they also informed him the warranty expired 25/01 so the parts would be chargeable after we had explained that we were away ect Ariston just said the boiler is out of warranty a per are terms and conditions our gas engineer ten asked if the would do a fixed price repair , they replied we don’t offer that service anymore, he then asked would you contribute with a small good will gesture and all they could say was no we are operating within our terms and conditions.
The engineer returned on the 4/02 when he had received the part and again spoke to Ariston technical who informed him that if this was a retro fit to an existing boiler there was a modification required to the ignition system and he would require another part which he got shipped overnight and returned 5/02 to fit it.
So we again spoke to Ariston bearing in mind we had now been without heater or hot water for 7days and we ate 66 & 71 years of age,but again they were not interested .
All in all with the boiler being 4 days out of warranty
and the engineer being given inaccurate information all Ariston can say is we are working within our terms and conditions
Shall not replace replace this boiler with an Ariston product when required or recommend them to anyone telling them to stay well clear , worst customer service we have ever received from any company

The installation was carried out easily the heat pump has given no problems at all the annual service is all that has been needed, it has saved me a lot of work as opposed to the solid fuel system we had and 100% hot water and warm winters for us so no complaints.
