E boiler na 7 jaar lek!

In 2019 ariston regent elektrische boiler geplaatst 100 liter. Na 7 jaar een lek en na controle blijkt er een gat in de metalen tank te zitten. Dat is geen goede kwaliteit!

Great after sales service

A superb company who really look after their customers. After sales service for some companies is an inconvenience but for Ariston they have a different view. They want to help their customers.

According to our service partner's record, the boiler has been extensively tested while on site, and no noise was present that could be connected to the boiler operation; in fact, our service partner reports that you have experienced this noise even with the system completely turned off. It took 2 months to fix a problem with…

It took 2 months to fix a problem with the boiler. This was due to issues between Ariston & the 3rd party company used to carry out repair. Innitial communication was good - follow up was poor, delayed no communication I called repair company & Ariston.

Generally good

Generally good, although I did have to ring back after the service company didn't manage to contact us on their initial enquiry. Once contact was established the boiler repair was carried out quickly and efficiently.

Ordered air con unit via B and Q…no show.

Ordered air con unit via B and Q site..to be delivered to B and Q. Item never arrived..order was cancelled x no stock ?. Without informing me in any way.. contacted B and Q.. eventually informed cancelled..they attempted to get refund..Ariston refused as even though cancelled one end was active the other..could not make it up...like M.ps. Don't know what the other hand doing..after several calls to B and Q.. hopefully getting refund in 5-7 working days...if not ring yet again...ordered another from B and Q..from another company... similar happened..hours, and days later..still no refund...so not a mistake...just selling items they not got...but got my money.... Avoid..

Boiler repaired under warranty

Changed my review to 'very good' because they has issues with their phones and got in touch, booked a repair and replaced the faulty part under warranty, so I am happy with Ariston and retracted my bad review (below)
"Boiler leaks so been switched off and needs a repair under warranty but nobody answers the phone. No answer to my emails either.
Cannot contact repairs dept to get repair under warranty"

Can't get thru to anyone on any of…

Can't get thru to anyone on any of their contact no. Service sale support all nothing just a ringtone after selecting a couple of options and then it rings for awhile and you get disconnected!!!

Great Tech Advice

As a Gas Engineer it is nice to have professional back up from a tech helpline. Calum Heath at Ariston gave me some great advice over the phone about stuff not detailed in the tech manual. He then backed it up with an email. Top stuff.

2 weeks with hot water and heatin

Our heating engineer responded same day our call indicating a fault with our boiler, which he diagnosed was 'probably' the pump or sensor - as the boiler was under warranty he assisted in registering the fault with you on the same day. We were without hot water and heating. Your 1st visit confirmed faulty pump or sensor required and the pump would be ordered for a 2nd visit. Pump was replaced on the 2nd visit, but the sensor was not with the engineer.
We were without Hot water and heating for 2 weeks - thankfully, not during the really cold spell in January.
I was expecting service/warranty engineers to carry basic warranty items such as pumps and sensors as standard kit.

we were desperate for hot water,and GOGO Boilers provided a quick response and fitted a boiler without any fuss,the price was cheaper than i though,
