Product is good performance for the money. I have the LF III 420 AIO in White. The i have had it about a year now. The VRM fan is making a TON of NOISE now, i cant turn it higher than 50% or it will be loud and grind and knock all over the place.

I contacted ARCTIC about this and sent them my Proof of Purchase a week ago and NOTHING, NO communication at all, not even a conformation email. Nothing

this is BAD.

IF they help me I will update the review, until then BAD

I was finally contacted by email from support as I still cant find the specific page that has "tickets" that i can see and respond to.

I was sent a new part for my LFIII and it works great. Once I was emailed everything was smooth and easy and she was really nice to deal with.

I bought a new Liquid Freezer III Pro 360, unfortunately one of the fans started failing within a week. I contacted customer service and the response was swift. With a brief explanation and proof of purchase a new fan was shipped to me immediately.

Absolutely painless experience, something you don’t see too often these days.

Very impressed, I expect to be a repeat customer.

Had a faulty Fan. After providing a video of it, i received a replacement fan. Everything went smooth and the support answered quickly.

bought a Arctic Freezer 36 A-RGB 120m Black CPU Cooler - 2x 120mm, came with no mounts, so could not install, will not be buying any more products from this company ever again, this is basic stuff and they cannot get it right.

I emailed the company with a request for maintenance assistance on a 7 year old purchase. They replied promptly and politely, and provided clear advice that solved my issue.

Found myself in a position where I acquired a 280mm LF III Pro, opened but never used, off eBay and the pack arrived without any of the PWM cables inside. Unable to get through to the seller any longer I reached out to Arctic looking to buy the required cables and I was pleasantly surprised with a free shipment of the cables in question. Outstanding customer care! Thank you Jessica for handling my query, and thank you Arctic for such practices. A kind gesture goes very far in this day and age.

Fantastic after having their product for 5+ years they still send me spare parts for free when thry cost around 30-40 bucks online, fantastic response times and quick send

I am in the UK and bought a pack of 5x 140mm Arctic P14 PWM PST in Oct 2022. They performed well until 2 of the front case fans died after about 2 years. I read up on their warranty of 6 years and reached out to their support team with a description, proof of purchase and a video showing the problem.

Simon replied after a few business days and asked for a delivery address and arranged for 2 replacement fans to be sent out. The fans arrived from Germany after a week or so from Simon's.

The only issue I had was that because it was done through DHL Germany, I had a bit of trouble tracking updates and choosing options once arrived locally in the UK. That is a DHL issue and not Arctic's.

This has been one of the most seamless and pain-free customer service responses I have experienced, I would say this is best-in-class.

Bought a brand new 280mm AIO second hand and it turned out some cables were missing. I contacted support to hear if I could buy some replacement cables. Got a reply within a day and after having send them a picture of the contents of the box, they send me the replacement cables for FREE!

As an international customer , I could not be happy with their products and their support.
Obviously, this my brand to go for cooling my computers .

Regarding a recent issue with a malfunctioning fan exhibiting vibration, the support team, specifically Lucas, provided a swift resolution. The problem was addressed promptly, and a replacement unit was dispatched expeditiously.

Bought a new motherboard that the top nvme heatshrink interfered with the pump on my artic freezer 3 420 mm aio, artic sent me out a heatshrink that would fit as as stated by themselves, I can't thank them enough for the excellent customer service once more.

Amazing service. They were quick to answer and provided useful advice.

Had an issue with the pump where it wasn't working, contacted arctic and was responded by Dominic. He helped me with the return and was replaced under warranty.

Dominic is an asset to your team, please give him a pay rise.

Mon Liquid Freezer II RGB n'a pas duré 3 ans, je le renvoi en garantie je me retrouve avec une upgrade qui sert de décoration...
Je devais recevoir un Liquid Freezer III Pro A-RGB, je l'ai reçu sans backplate ni notice. Donc je n'ai pas de backplate pour installer le WC car la seul que j'avais a été récupérée par Arctic à leur demande dans mon envoi en RMA.
La notice en ligne est insuffisante, elle me dit de passer des câbles dans un trou, mais pas comment. Alors qu'il n'y a qu'une façon, très complexe, de le faire sinon ça passe pas.
En gros, je peux pas monter le WC car j'ai pas de backplate. Et j'ai passé 4 heures à passer 3 câbles dans un trou pour au final me rendre compte qu'ils ont été pincés et coupés dans le process. Le WC précédent n'a tenu que 2 ans et demi et quand tu fais un retour en garantie t'en as pour 3 mois sans PC. Heureusement que c'est pas mon outil de travail (Sarcasme) !

Bought one to keep my CPU cold while playing, it was easy to install and it works like a charm (and in silence, which was an important criteria to me).
Considering the price tag, it really is a no brainer.
Delivery was fast and when I had a troubleshooting with one of my fans, ARCTIC answered quickly, seriously, and sent me a replacement part.

Super hatte Probleme mit meiner Kühlung und hab ne neue bekommen. Vollkommen zufrieden hoffe das die jetzt keine Reaktion mit der dichtung hat und verklebt.
