No response after trying for a month to return my defective item.

I opened a ticket to replace a defective ARCTIC ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III on Jan 5 2026. After 6 calls with support and two comments on the ticket from me every week, still I do not even have a tech assigned. I really just needed an RMA and address to return for my old defective water cooler since I had to purchase a new one to replace the defective one. Every time I call I get we have shortages of office staff and they will try and get a tech to take a look at my ticket. But after a month, poor support good luck if your counting on being able to get something fixed under their warranty.

Great Customer Service!

I accidentally broke a cable from my Arctic Freezer cooler. I contacted support and they sent me a new one at no cost. Jessica was amazing. It's nice that Arctic has good customer service and that their products are also high quality.

Issue Solved!

2 Weeks ago i created a ticket for malfunctioning fan. No response since then. Not a single one! I've searched so long before buying my liquid cpu cooler. All the comments about Arctic was that their product are so good and high quality and wonderful customer support. Well, thats not what i'm experiencing now! After i created my ticket, the auto-mail said it will take up to 9days but it has been 14. If anyone from Arctic reads this, please answer me back.

After publishing this review, Arctic Team has contacted me regarding the issue. They've sent me a new fan, completely free of charge. My issue is solved. Thank you.

Brand new AIO failing

I recently made a new PC build and chose Arctic AIO Liquid Freezer II 420mm as my CPU cooler. This is where all my excitement has gone out the window.

I have had only issues with this AIO from pump failing after 2 weeks to fans making an annoying hum and buzzing.

I tried contacting Arctic support for the last 10 days without success. I can't do anything more. The only reason I bought this AIO is because of the overwhelming positive reviews but I regret everything. I am stuck with a broken AIO, my PC can't run anymore and Arctic support not answering.

Edit: I have received an answer for my ticket #CS402554, to contact my reseller.
I had already done that and received no help from them. I am completely stuck.

Edit2: This is turning out into the classic situation of spending hours upon hours to fix and not getting anywhere. Received a return label which I cannot use through the specified carrier.

It will take weeks to send my unit into service and then who knows how long to receive a replacement. Meanwhile my PC is unusable without the AIO.

Final conclusion:
Support is unhelpful. Local reseller won't exchange. Arctic Support won't cooperate. Don't buy Arctic. Bad products and bad support.
I will have to throw the Arctic AIO to the trash and buy something else. Wasted 150€.

As expected Arctic is also trying to silence my complaints and review, and flagged it intentionally after not responding to my emails.

Final edit:

To answer your "incorrectness".

You have provided the alternatives after I insisted. The label works ONLY and ONLY with my national post service. I found this after I spent time to try and use DHL services specified in your mail. So it is no carrier or courier. But if I have to insist this much to get an answer and only then to receive a return label through the National Post Service, it is a bad joke.

I have asked for an Advanced RMA, yet you omitted that. An advanced RMA means I pay in advance for a new unit and you return my funds when you receive a broken unit. You refused...

Also it is YOUR product that failed, so in the essence your products have issues and are shipped broken... but I am "trash talking". Thank you for your opinion regarding broken products being shipped as new.

Thank you for sharing any experience you have with our service. At this point we would like to point out the incorrectness of your comments. We provided you with several alternatives, which you rejected, and to trash talk everything here is counterproductive for everyone involved.

First of all, you should claim your warranty rights from your retailer, as they are responsible for the item's functionality and must provide you with a replacement immediately because they are obligated to do so.

Secondly: Have you received a return label to send your Liquid Freezer back to the manufacturer, this label works with all courier services in your country and not only with certain couriers as you describe. Which you also refused. By the way, this is the normal way to the manufacturer's handling.

Thirdly, have we offered you a free air cooler for the transit time while your Liquid Freezers is being sent in, that we will make available to you, which you can keep afterwards. You have also not responded to this.

In summary, you do not want to receive any help from us and are alternatively more willing to denigrate our service on Trustpilot. If you do want to make use of our alternatives, you are welcome to contact us via your existing ticket.

I have never regretted buying Arctic products

LGA 1700 kit solved my problem. With the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280 RGB cooler, intel i7 12700k processor runs at 24 degrees. Customer service solved the problem I had during the shipping process. Many thanks
