Arctic has an amazing customer support and more companies should be like it.

Polite, fast and to the point.

In my case it was a heatsink replacement for a new MoBo because the ssd's heatsink made contact with the pump.

Got help with a lost cable for my AIO even tho it has been discontinued. Quick answer, free shipping. Awesome support.

One of my watercooling’s fan had a defect. I sent the Arctic team a email to ask for help and they replied the same day - and sent a new fan right away.

Hab jetzt schon vier Tickets erstellen lassen da ich einfach nur versuche das blöde pwm Kabel von der Pumpe an das mainboard zu bekommen (8pin auf 1x4 Pin oder 3x4 Pin)
Direkter Anbieter kann mir das Kabel nicht anbieten Arctic selber hat es nicht auf der Ersatzteil Seite. Also wo bekomm ich dieses Kabel her oder muss ich die aio liquid freezer iii 360 jetzt in Müll schmeißen nur weil niemand dieses Kabel hat ?

I bought an aio cooler from them a while back, i decided to swap platforms from lga1700 to am5 recently and i emailed them about ordering a replacement amd mounting kit as i lost mine and they sent me one free of charge!

The cooler has also been excellent at keeping a 13900k and now a 9800x3d cool and quiet

I have build a new system and decided to purchase Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 two weeks ago to cool it. The radiator fans kept being recognized as DC, instead of PWM, which caused them to run at 100% speed all the time (over 3000rpm). This in turn made the whole system quite loud. I have then opened a case with Arctic to try and resolve the issue. The CS agent that took my case went above and beyond to try and find resolution and kept checking on the progress. Turns out contact cables were defective and they have sent me replacement from Germany, which resolved the issue and now my brand new system purrs like a kitten.

Ich bin extrem zufrieden mit Arctic Support! Meine defekte Wasserkühlung habe ich eingeschickt, und schon am nächsten Tag wurde sie überprüft und mir ein neues, sogar besseres Modell zugeschickt. Der gesamte Ablauf war super schnell und unkompliziert – wirklich erstklassiger Kundenservice!

Arctic Liquid Freezer 3 Pro gekauft.
Nach einer Woche war der VRM Lüfter defekt und hat sich nicht mehr gedreht, außerdem gibt die Wasserkühlung einen sehr hohen unangenehmen Pfeifton von sich.

Daraufhin hatte ich über einige Tage Kontakt mit dem Arctic Kundenservice und ich solle die AIO doch bitte einsenden, damit diese repariert werden kann. Die Einsendekosten müsse ich allerdings selbst tragen.

Keinerlei weiteren Vorschläge zur Lösung, was mich sehr geärgert hat. Ich kann auf den PC auch nicht verzichten, da ich ihn beruflich benötige.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom Kundenservice. Ich werde die AIO dann wohl zum Händler zurückbringen, Arctic hat mich allerdings als Kunden verloren und ich hatte bisher sehr viele Arctic Produkte (Unter anderem auch den Vorgänger der Liquid Freezer 3 Pro.)

I needed the pump unit screws replaced and I couldn’t find them anywhere, so I’ve contacted Arctic Support Team and the reply was very helpful and fast too. Jessica was my tech support person and things got handled perfectly. 5/5 work

Ich habe die Arctic Produkte immer als verlässlich und von guter Qualität wahrgenommen und bis jetzt keine Probleme gehabt.
Deswegen war ich sehr überrascht, als ich feststellte, dass einer von 2 Gehäuse Lüftern in meinem Netzwerkschrank den Geist aufgegeben hat. Er hat ziemlich genau ein Jahr gehalten, also habe ich dem Support geschrieben und sehr schnell und unkompliziert Ersatz erhalten.
Auf den Service ist Verlass. Super schnelle Antwortzeiten, Updates wann das Produkt rausging mit Sendungsverfolgung. So wünscht man sich Support.

I got the Liquid Freezer lll after a month or 2 i starting hearing noise when it got to a high RPM i reached out to ARCTIC and told them the problem, they very quickly replied and asked me to send them a video of the issue and they they will send me a brand new one even though they don't ship to my country after this they diagnosed the problem for me as i was mistaken on the issue, turns out the CPU cooler was fine just an installation problem. The staff were super patient and willing to help i would 100% recommend ARCITC for your PC components. Since i have had no issue and the CPU cooler works great.
