I had an issue with one of the fans in my 5-year-old cooler. The Arctic team responded to my request in a matter of a few hours, sent me a replacement the same day, and was very helpful all the way. A great company to do business with.

Excellent support with great attention and commitment to the consumer. In my case, the F12 PWM PST fan malfunctioned after about 3 years of use, and even so, I received a new one (without any complaint) thanks to the company's wonderful warranty that guarantees replacements for all its products within a 6-year period. I can only express my gratitude and recommend the brand to everyone.

Excellent Customer Support
I had an issue with a noisy fan on my Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 A-RGB. I contacted ARCTIC support and received excellent help throughout the entire process.
After providing a video of the issue, they immediately sent out a replacement fan under warranty. Communication was prompt and professional, and they even followed up to make sure I received the package.
Great customer service and they truly stand behind their products. Highly recommended!
No response after trying for a month to return my defective item.
I opened a ticket to replace a defective ARCTIC ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III on Jan 5 2026. After 6 calls with support and two comments on the ticket from me every week, still I do not even have a tech assigned. I really just needed an RMA and address to return for my old defective water cooler since I had to purchase a new one to replace the defective one. Every time I call I get we have shortages of office staff and they will try and get a tech to take a look at my ticket. But after a month, poor support good luck if your counting on being able to get something fixed under their warranty.

Thank you Aritic team, for a warrant replace liquid freezer ii to newer version and sending it ultra fast. Best communication with support team ever, this guys are cultural phenomenon for sure. I like the new model of liquid freezer iii pro 240. It is good for overclocked 5950x. Very effective, yet coolerblades has noticeable sound on high speed and it's a place for minor improvement in future

Ich habe über eBay eine ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 420 A-RGB als B-Ware gekauft. Der VRM-Lüfter war defekt und es haben Montageschrauben für den Radiator gefehlt. Der Support hat sehr schnell reagiert und mir beides kostenlos zugeschickt.
Unkompliziert, kulant und ohne Diskussion. So wünscht man sich Kundenservice. Absolut Top!

Customer service at its best
I bought a used pump and didnt notice that it was missing some mounting parts. Found Arctic's webpage and their customer service contact. Sent an email explaining my problem and if there was a way I could buy the mounting set. The day after I got an email telling me dhl had parcel on its way for meg.
Never had this kinda service before and cant say enough how well they treat their customers.
This is my first Arctic product and I can say it will definitely not be my last. I will be buying more Arctic products from now on.

Mistakingly bought the pump without checking if my socket was compatible from a normal store.
Arctic had the "mounting kit" needed. Talked to the friendliest guy on the phone, the day after the kit I needed was sent by express to Norway.
11/10 service. I will never buy CPU pumps from anyone else based on Arctics service.
The pump is also great.

Ich bin rundum sonst eigentlich zufrieden mit Arctic, ausser mit der leicht anfänglichen Problematik mit der Beantwortungszeit meines Schreibens. Sonst ist der Service weiterzuempfehlen, also keine Probleme mit Arctic an sich. Das Produkt von mir kann man nichts für, ist halt ein Produkt mit Verschleissteilen, aber dass es so schnell halt Ärger gemacht hat, ist wieder was anderes.
