Fantastic Support Team
Bought an arctic cpu cooler back in 2023. Recently, one of the fans developed a fault, so I logged a ticket with the support team. Dominic was an absolute legend and sorted me out. Arctic, he's one of the good ones, keep him happy. Cheers!
I had a great experience with support team
I had a very great experience with ARCTIC support regarding my Liquid Freezer III Pro 360. I contacted them because I had to install the AIO rotated 180° due to motherboard clearance issues. Their support team provided a clear and technical explanation that mounting the hoses at the top would not cause functional problems, which gave me confidence to keep using the cooler in that configuration.
They also offered to send a 180° logo so that the pump block would look correct after rotating it. Even more impressive was that they followed up on the shipment and checked whether I had received the package. The logo arrived safely, and I really appreciate the attention and support they provided throughout the process.
Overall, both the product and the customer support for the Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 left a great impression.

They gladly sent out a replacement fan immediately without any hassle. It’s rare to find such responsive and helpful support these days. Highly recommended!

Ich habe schon eine Arctis Wasserkühlung, mit der alles super läuft, also wollte ich noch einen Lüfter hinten am Gehäuse installieren. Schrauben gingen komischerweise aber nicht rein, also habe ich den Support kontaktiert, diese haben mir 4 neue Schrauben per Post geschickt und dann hat alles gepasst! Super freundlich, schnell und simpel. Generell gute Produkte.

I recently experienced an issue with one of the fans on my ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360mm. Living in Türkiye, I faced two major hurdles: local distributors do not sell these specific replacement fans, and current customs laws make receiving warranty parts from abroad extremely expensive.
The support representative who handled my case, Freddy(Frederik), was absolutely phenomenal. He understood the situation perfectly and allowed me to route the replacement to a UK address so it could be brought to me personally. Because the original fan was out of stock, Freddy went completely above and beyond by sending me three upgraded P12 Pro A-RGB fans to ensure my radiator setup remained perfectly balanced. He even thoughtfully provided the radiator-optimized versions with short cables to prevent any cable clutter in my PC case.
This level of attention to detail and genuine care for the customer is incredibly rare. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. ARCTIC has definitely earned a loyal customer for life. Thank you, Freddy!

Ich hatte übersehen, dass mein CPU -Sockel mit dem von mir erworbenen Kühler nicht ohne mounting kit kompatibel ist.
Das kit ist überall ausverkauft, nirgendwo zu finden.
5 Minuten nachdem ich das Kontaktformular ausgefüllt habe, habe ich eine Antwort erhalten und der Support hat mir sofort angeboten aus dem eigenen bestand ein mounting kit zukommen zu lassen.
So guten Service gibt es sonst nirgendwo!
Flawless after sales experience
The product is great but I'm more surprised about the flawless after sales experience. I had a faulty VRM module fan after one and a half years of good use, they replied super fast and in less than a week I had the new part.
Great customer service
Had two of my fans fail within a couple months of installation, which isn't great but it is what it is.
When I got in touch with Arctic support I had 2 new fans shipped out to me less than 24 hours later.
Amazing customer service, really happy with how quickly they resolved the problem.

Habe einen Arctic Freezer i35. Super Kühler gute Leistung. Habe dann auf AMD gewechselt und den Support gefragt ob ich ein Montagekit erwerben kann.

Ich besitze meine Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 nun seit fast einem Jahr. Leider hatte ich kürzlich ein Problem mit zwei rundgedrehten Montageschrauben, weshalb ich mich an den Kundenservice wenden musste, da diese nicht eigenhändig austauschbar sind.
Die Abwicklung war einfach klasse: Ein besonderer Dank geht an Dominic, der mich von Anfang bis Ende persönlich betreut und das Problem zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst hat. Der Support war durchgehend freundlich und professionell. So einen Service wünscht man sich!

Bin sehr zufrieden mit den Arctic P12 Lüfter, hab die P12 Max, Pro und Standard im Einsatz. Leider wird der Max nicht mehr angeboten, das ich sehr schade finde. Das mal ein Lüfter kaputt geht ist normal, aber die 6 Jahre Garantie und der hervorragend Service such seinesgleichen

Great value and support for future-proofing
Products are a great value, and support is truly one of the best in the industry- rivaling giants such as Noctua. They sent me an AM4/AM5 mounting bracket kit completely free of charge once they verified that I owned the product since I lost it and wanted to re-use the water cooler.

J'avais acheté plusieurs ventilateurs sur Amazon.fr. Plusieurs mois après, j'en ai malheureusement un qui s'est mis a faire du bruit sans raison, un mail au support accompagné d'une copie de la facture et j'ai reçu une réponse me proposant un envoi d'un ventilateur de remplacement. Je l'ai reçu sous quelques jours. C'est agréable de voir que le support se passe bien.
