I ordered the Arccaptian MIG205 Pro from the website to take advantage of a very good sale price. Delivery time was perfect with my schedule. Since owning the machine, I have had the pleasure of corresponding with the support team. The team has been very responsive with email responded to within 24 hours with actual solutions. Arccaptian also provides great support on their Facebook community site. My MIG 205 Pro has amazing technology and competes with equipment 3 times the price.

Welder and Constables.
We ordered a welder for a price and then we also had to order constables for another price. We did receive the welder and it works fine. We did not receive the constables that we needed to operate the welder we paid extra for those constables and never received them we filed a fraud with our bank, but this company tells the bank that we received our product which we did but not the full order. And now we can’t even get reimbursed or get a refund for anything bad company to deal with they never answer your phone calls when you try to explain to them.

WOW! Extremely impressed! Very easy setup, super smooth arc. So far only used the 2 in 1 welder on 110 and am blown away. Blue and Red have dominated the welding industry for ever..not anymore. Save your wallet and buy an Arc captain, get just as good welds if not better. I sold my Hypertherm plasma cutter, so next will be the plasma 55👍

Wire Feed Issues. Bought the ArcCaptain 200 a year ago…
Bought the ArcCaptain 200 a year ago and only last week pulled it out of the box. I used it about 20 minutes before the wire feed roller stopped turning. I have sent three messages with no response. I have called the company twice with no answers.

Failed mp205. Support non existant
At first I had a hard time getting in touch with arccaptain. They were on a Chinese holiday, and I didn't get responses for quite some time.
Once they got back from holiday and got caught up, they took care of my failed welder perfectly. I'm super happy and back to burning wire.
They definitely stood behind their product. Strongly recommend!

I've read very good reviews and I also have a grandson who owns a ARCCAPTAIN welder who is very happy with his machine. I anticipate receiving a very useful product that will make my job much easier.

I ordered two 10 pound spools of wire…
I ordered two 10 pound spools of wire for MiG welding and there was severe damage to both spools from UPS handling. I contacted Arccaptain and they shipped me the replacements immediately by USPS and in a few days I had them. In my opinion I think they did a great job and l’m satisfied with their performance in this situation. Thanks, Larry

Customer service very poor Offshore based time lag
Customer service very poor. Must be based in China as responses to my questions are not returned until 3 AM Central time and after I respond to their next question it is another 24 hours until I hear back from them. CUT 55 LED made 5 cuts and then stopped functioning. Asking info on returning unit for repairs but they will not provide return info until I perform some troubleshooting involving high voltage check woth no info on how to perform this check. Unit worked great for the 1st five cuts but please be aware of this poor Customer Service.

Customer service is terrible. My ArcCaptain cut55 pro plasma cutter arrived with a broken safety lever. The response was that the part was damaged in shipping and that I would have to pay for the broken 'accessory' part because it was damaged in shipping.
The only thing is that the box was not damaged. It was shipped to me broken.

Customer service is terrible. There is no communication as to tracking numbers, delivery estimates, they say they will send you the tracking numbers, and you never receive them. I was promised after calling them, they would tell me my tracking number. The package was delivered and I didn’t even know it was coming because they never sent me a tracking number. By far, the worst company I have ever dealt with. They tried to buy me off by offering a consumables kit. I will not buy anything from Arccaptain again. I tried to give a 0 star rating but unable to.

Heard good things but Cust Svc sucks
I've heard great things about the Welder but can't evaluate that because it has not been delivered despite the shipping tracking saying it's delivered. I've recieved the gloves and a10lb spool of wire so far for a package costing over $500.
Customer service is non existent as none of the numbers on the site work and automated responses are all you get to emails and "contact us" link.
Looks like I'll have to try to get the charges reversed if I don't hear anything soon. Fingers crossed.
If buying, use Amazon as there is at least some accountability through Amazon.
UPDATE: 2 days after posting this they did reach out and are shipping my Welder. I'll update once I've gotten to use the tool.

It'll be interesting to see the date this shows up {today is 1/11/25} but here goes.
I bought the Cut50 and used PayPal Credit as I have had some issues with a few online purchases -- I usually make 3 or more a week from different companies {mostly Amazon, eBay etc.} -- and the Cut50 arrived in great condition packaged VERY well.
I set it up and as I have never used a Plasma Cutter, couldn't just let it sit there.
I grabbed a scrap piece of 1/16"X4" rusty plate and figured I'd give it a try.
Again {not knowing what settings to use} I connected it to 220V and was impressed with how it/I did!
I think I'm really going to like it.
NOW -- for the reason I didn't select "5 STARS" -- at 72+ years of age, I'm the type that would much rather TALK to someone than email, text and WhatsApp -- this is VERY HARD to do in the US!
I also bought a MIG200 {again with PayPal Credit} and it took about a week to get notification it was about to ship, I had a question about the Plasma Cut55 and Cut55Pro having an "internal air compressor" which I thought might be an advantage {I could swear their website had a video that stated that -- but once again -- no calls available, so back to emails/WhatsApp!} and at one point filled out a form from their site with my question and used the "Order ID" {which was LONG/numbers/letters/special characters etc!} from the MIG200 by mistake which they decided to cancel the shipment of the MIG200 purchased 12/27/24 -- NOW they are out of them! as per the week of 12/30/24 -- but say they will have some in stock in the US and ship one "next week" -- which is now going to be at least 1/24/25 before I get the one I bought 12/27/24.
I did get a couple of calls from a 318 Area Code which showed up on my cell number as SPAM so didn't answer them, but did get notifications on WhatsApp that someone tried to call me, so I dialed the number back and as there is such a "time zone difference" left messages.
I'm in high hopes that the MIG200 will arrive soon {I don't really need it as I have a 45+ year old "crackerbox" welder that works great and a wire welder bought from a friend that I have no idea what the controls are as they are in Chinese/Japanese or???
As a final note -- communication really opened up through emails and WhatsApp, but again, the time zone difference is something that will take at least a day to get replies.
At this point I am in hopes I can access this "Rate" and update it to five stars -- but am going to wait and see IF I get the MIG200.
No response from Company
I have been trying to contact Arccaptain for 3 1/2 weeks to ask them a couple questions regarding the MIG 200. The web site does not clarify some of the different options that they are selling. I have received no response to my three emails. I'm cautious about investing in a welder that is made by a company that does not respond to a potential customers questions.

I just bought MIG 130
I just bought MIG 130. Wire feed running continuously. I want to refund and return. No response for 4 days. No customer service. Don't buy from this company. Very Very bad service. I have to call credit to dispute this charge. It is time wasting. It is not the place to do business with.

Great Place to Buy From
What a experience on buying from here, read whole review to find out how it all turned out. Ordered a plasma cutter 3 weeks ago and it said it shipped yet according to UPS, it hasn't. CS was slow at first, they didn't answer emails, WhatsApp or their phone, when you try to leave a review on their web page it says timed out.
So, after several email they finally responded and did me right. Upon talking and them and taking the blame for the delay with their logistics they made things right in making me happy again. You just need to remember there time zone is late hours American time.
After several discussions I am happy on the overall outcome on how it all turned out.
The product is great and as advertised…
The product is great and as advertised and that pleases me. The Customer Service is superb even going as far as daily updates on status. My need for Customer Service was not caused by Arccaptain rather a carrier loosing the package. A very rare deal but it does happen. I have received my plasma cutter and have it set up and test run was great. I have already ordered from Arccaptain again and plan on continuing to do so. Thank you to the team at Arccaptain.
Missing parts
I bought and received the Mig200 but it was missing the mig gun, I've sent a few emails with no response so I ordered one on their website that day hoping to get one soon as possible and they still haven't sent a shipping date on that order very displeased with this company. and there poor customer service. They did refund me for the mig gun that I ordered to replace the one they didn't send in a timely manner, but still have yet to correct the original missing part. I left a bad review on one of their adds and they basically gave the same response they left here and will not contact me anymore or answer emails.Save your money and shop elsewhere this company has very little to no customer support I will be also noticed bad reviews with the better business bureau where I will be going to leave a negative review with soon.a few weeks later they did finally make good on the missing parts and the two machines I own seem to be working just fine so I've upgraded to a two star
