I have always had a good expierence with there customer service/support if it were an issue. General product question. Recommendations. With there quality products. The staff is courtious and willing to apply youre input to improve on a product. Give advice to make youre expierence with there products seamlessly easy. They provide updated delivery service information. A solid company with continuous service improvement.

Great review for Customer Service! Contents of one package got lost in the mail. Arccaptain responded and replaced my shipment next business day, no questions asked. Would do business again.

Had a great customer service experience. Had an issue with the headgear on my welding helmet and they sent out another one free of charge. Unfortunately the headgear that I was sent was damaged and unusable so I sent them an email letting them know how frustrating this was and they ended up sending me out a whole new helmet free of charge! The customer service rep I was in touch with over the whole ordeal was friendly and very apologetic for the inconvenience and the fact that they were so willing to make things right with a whole new helmet was a kind of customer service I haven't seen since the 90's! Now if they can get whoever manufactures their headgear to use some better quality polymer we'll really be cookin' with gas. Thanks for all the assistance and for doing right by me. You've earned my business for the foreseeable future!

I have really enjoyed the MiG 200 welder. Use it pretty much every week day. Not only is the welder awesome but the service and support was amazing. Answered quickly and helped me solve any problems I might have

Product works great used the plasma cutter often in my shop. I built a rear bumper for my skidsteer. Unfortunately short time after building that bumper. I had a capacitor fail on the plasma cutter and arccaptians service department was great to talk to and sent a replacement plasma cutter

I will order from them again. I'm just getting started with welding and Arccaptain was recommended by a colleague. For my first order, I only needed a helmet and gloves. Prices were excellent and delivery quick. Unfortunately, my helmet didn't arrive but a simple call to Tina in customer support set thing right. I'm looking forward to trying out my new Arccaptain PSE.

Great experience. Initial order was placed through website. Made some mistakes. Ordered Friday. Noticed mistakes Saturday morning. Contact through email got a response by Tuesday the following week. I also messaged on instagram Sunday got a response within 24hrs. So they did better responding on instagram. Anyways they corrected my order which included removing an item and refunding the amount as well as correcting the MiG I ordered. Which was my fault. I wanted the 200 FIT from the ‘MiG 165. Everything got shipped within a week or so.

Poor experience on the 200, the welder looks great when it arrived. Put the 2lb spool on and the wire feeding motor isn't working at all. 2weeks later after calls and multi emails, I'm shipping the unit back to the company at my expense. Stick welder side worked just fine but 80% of my welding is lite metal and I needed the the mig welder which I never got to use with unit.

I made a mistake on an order and emailed support right away. I immediately got an email back confirming the correction. Thats true customer service.

I'm a beginning welder and purchased an ARCCAPTAIN MG165. The machine works great but I had one issue that was really causing me problems. I contacted customer service and Kelsey quickly identified a simple solution to my issue and now my experience with the welder is 100% better, I wish every business would have such wonderful customer service people.

Great support, I did not receive a manual with my welder, called and talked to Kelsey,she said I could down load and print the manual, told her my printer was not working she said on problem and sent me a printed copy right away, super service, from super person welder works GREAT great product well made

Top notch people working for a top notch company making a great product -- Thank you! Kelsey was my point of contact and provided assistance as I had made an error on my order. Kelsey and the team corrected my mistake and got the correct unit -- a CUT55 PRO plasma cutter -- shipped lightning fast and it arrived in perfect condition. We qualified it and were using it in less than an hour from unboxing! Thanks Kelsey and thanks to all in ArcCaptain.

ordered a welder canceled order they said it shipped refuse delivery so I did they never issued a refund and bank refuses to help on charge back

The way the air connection is mounted is very flimsy, it’s very difficult to tighten the air connection enough to stop leaking….and without breaking the air cleaner.

I had a good experience with ARCCAPTAIN. My parcel was delayed Dey to weather. When I contacted ARCCAPTAIN they replied in a timely manner. Thank you.

An amazing Welder, Hands down!! infinite adjustments.
Incredibly smooth and stable arc through both DC and AC functions. This really gives you a high-performance welder at a very affordable price. Highly recommended you won’t be disappointed. Also, I’d like to note the customer service I received from Angelo and Kelsey of Arccaptain was over the top!! I’ll be back soon for more for sure!!
