I recently purchased the Puro Vanity Unit from Aquaroc, and I'm truly impressed with the product. From the outset, the customer service was exceptional. They quickly resolved a minor issue I encountered, which was reassuring. The quality of the vanity unit itself is outstanding. It's not just any basin; it's a finely crafted piece that significantly enhances the aesthetic of the room. The design is sleek, modern, and precisely what I was looking for. If you're seeking an upgrade that will elevate your bathroom's appeal, Aquaroc is a fantastic choice. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Superb service throughout. Mark and his team are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The product quality is second to none!

I’ve bought from some really dodgy bathroom suppliers in the past but Mark and Aquaroc have been amazing from start to finish.

Great customer service and a wonderful quality product. Will definitely purchase from them again.

We had Aquaroc Exquisite Bathrooms redesign two of our bathrooms recently, after receiving quotes from three other bathroom specialists. The cost mattered but so did the quality. We now have two sleek, luxurious designs thanks to Mark with quality products and beautiful detailing. A bathroom should be a go too place to feel relaxed, where you can zone out of or tune in to your own senses. Thank you Mark

I reached out to Mark at Aquaroc Bathrooms after receiving a sample of the basin Material.
I had actually reached out to a competitor who offered the same at double the price, and were not great with their communication.
It was a no brainer, I went straight to Mark to place the order. My specifications were quite particular, hence it was a custom order with a lead time of 8-10 weeks. The order process was easy and Mark was very informative about the lead-times and updates. I received the basin a couple of days ago, it is absolutely stunning!
Thank you so much for the efficient communication and impeccable service.

I can't wait to see our space come together, and will be sure to send some pics too!

Love this company, products are great quality and look stunning! After sales customer service is first class. Will definitely be using Aquaroc on my next project.

First excellent customer service. He did his best so that I can see the bath before to order.
I am absolutely happy and satisfied of the quality and design of the bath.
It has been recommended by my builder who had one and it is exactly what I was expecting. Reasonable price for quality.

Ordered two full bathrooms from these guys last month.

Products arrived on time and were delivered well. installed to a very high spec and the quality of the products was top-notch, the value was really good too.

Invictus Back to Wall Freestanding Stone Bath…

After spending weeks looking for a specific freestanding bath I came across the Aquaroc website, it looked very professional and is very well organized when compared to its competitors, this includes photo, specification and dimensional information that I found necessary to make an accurate assessment of the product. In particular I like the images of the high end products in their natural settings which helped me visualize how the bath would look in my own home.
I contacted a Aquaroc and spoke to their representative Mark who was very polite and knowledgeable! As I wanted to speak to a person directly before placing my order to discussed a few minor details and following my convocation I placed my order of the Invictus Back to Wall Freestanding Stone Bath and I received a confirmation immediately.
I would highly recommend Aquaroc not only for the quality of the products and the wide range of designs but for the friendly reassuring customer service and fast delivery.

Couldn't recommend this company more! Next day delivery and the bath is exactly how it appears online! great product, great delivery time, great company.

I recently ordered a Florence Bath and I'm over the moon with the quality and style of the Bath, it looks great in my new bathroom. I can't wait to order the matching basin. The customer service was brilliant, Mark got back to me straight away and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend Aquaroc to anyone!

The customer service is excellent. I would certainly recommend this company. Mark and his team at Aquaroc went above and beyond for all my needs I couldn’t of asked for anything better.

Couldn’t have asked for a better Product and quality.

The service received from Aquaroc was second to none. We purchased the Modena bath and were blown away by the quality and finish. We had a few questions about cleaning stone, but they were more than helpful on how to care for the bath. Highly recommend!
