Aquaroc Anmeldelser

Just finished renovating one of the bathrooms in our property and ordered the Kensington sink unit from Aquaroc. It’s absolutely beautiful and finishes the bathroom off perfectly . The quality is fantastic and delivery was swift and efficient .
Unfortunately our plumber damaged it upon installation but Mark has been extremely helpful in replacing the damaged part.
Highly recommmed and will definitely be using Aquaroc again for our next 3 bathroom renovations .0

Recently completed a new build and used Aquaroc for 3 bathrooms we found the customer service team to be pleasant and the quality very good.

Our contractors were very happy with how easy it was to install

Received a damaged unit which I paid £900 for Aquaroc refused to replace , please avoid

Excellent company with a superb customer service. There was a problem with my order and they sorted in minutes. I have ordered a few things from them and all their products are of high quality. The real product is as pretty as the images from their website.

5 star company! I had a problem with my cabinet wall and got replaced within 24 hours! Excellent customer service, professional staff and quick to reply to all my enquiries.

From a very happy customer

If only I had found Aquaroc first! We had been messed around by a previous company promising delivery and continually coming up with excuses delaying our project - the customer service from Aquaroc was second to none, their products are beautiful quality and they are very clear regarding delivery which was seamless!! Priced competitively for a stunning product, hugely helpful and supportive throughout the process- I could not recommend them more highly!!

Excellent quality really nice vanity basins and mirrors I have bought three! And likely to use them for our last bathroom

excellent, top quality product and also the same for customer service and communication. Mark the owner also emailed me personally to keep me up to date with the order.

Ordered a vanity and sink which arrived promptly but unfortunately sink was damaged. Very promptly and efficiently replaced, top marks for customer service.

Ordered my sink and vanity online took a gamble gamble paid off product was stunning very unique sets the bathroom off lovely also Aquaroc went extra mile with extra part needed and delivered within 24 hours thank you would highly recommend this company fast delivery.

Fabulous quality bathroom furniture, extremely competitively priced against equivalent quality products sold by top end retailers. Very fast delivery & great customer service, no complaints at all.

Love our bath! Excellent customer service and super helpful when we contacted them 2 years down the line with an issue related to the plug seal. Sent us a whole new plug out free of charge. Could not ask for more - thank you. Would definitely recommend.

I have dealt with Aquaroc over the last few years now, I've had over 10 units delivered. They've been amazing to work with, the product is gorgeous and the service is top class.

Aquaroc delivered the wrong mirror and our builder installed it. I contacted their CX team and they got a replacement to us immediately. It was just a mix up on the labelling of the box, but I was really pleased with the way they handled it and with the mirror itself. Great service in my book.

Outstanding quality and design. Looks great now it’s in and is equivalent to similar product 2-3x the price. Excellent customer service from initial enquiry, through installation and follow up. No niggles from me and therefore highly recommend. P

The most beautiful bath EVER! Service was fantastic, as they say - you get what you pay for!

Excellent products, Fantastic service. I’ve been in property for 25 years and can honestly say the bathroom furniture is beautiful. It’s exactly what one would expect from a high end bathroom shop - So glad I found you and will certainly be using you again and again.

Absolutely stunning products
.Amazing customer service.
I bought the Kensington 1400 double vanity and the lumier back lit mirror which are both better than they look online. The quality and craftsmanship is beautiful. They both arrived very quickly and really well packaged. Ive recommended them to all my friends and family. My daughter loved them so much she’s just remodelled her bathroom using the Kensington wall hung version which is also stunning and the lumier mirror.
Also want to thank Aime for her great customer service for kindly arranging a replacement door front after I accidentally damaged it.
Great company will definitely order again when I redo my other bathroom.
Thanks again

purchased 4 vanity units, Great products, Great customer service. Highly recommend!
