I ordered the shower and got a dpd/Nosa message saying they were coming. I then continually got failed delivery notifications from DPD. They never turned up to my house, I can prove that, and I was in my house.
Not a Nosa issue in fairness…but when I asked Nosa to chase the reason down and challenge DPD down they didn’t bother the first time and the second time they clearly didn’t pursue DPD for answers/proof they arrived.
Really frustrating, should have gone to one of the other suppliers. Don’t bank on getting your products on time with Nosa.

I’m delighted with my experience with Nosa. The bathroom products, including toilets and shower trays/screens are excellent value for money, well constructed and give me the exact minimal & sleek style I was looking for. Customer Service, especially Paige have been absolutely fantastic - arranging exchanges for us super quickly and helping to ensure we had the finishes and styles we were looking for. I’ve contacted Paige from customer service before, during and after ordering to confirm some details and she been exceptionally helpful, prompt and personable every time. Thank you!

Not sure how this place operates, but it is by far the least professional store I’ve dealt with during my build-out.
I called to place an order and was assured of 48‑hour shipping; the delivery took a full week. I called three times for an update and was told someone would call me back, but only one person actually did and finally explained the delay.
The products themselves are acceptable but far from premium. The waste sizing is not standard, the tap restricts the flow so much that I may need to replace it with another brand, and the vanity door is not straight. This range is not especially expensive, but in my experience Ikea offers better quality at a better price point.
Overall, this was not the level of service I expected, and I’m extremely disappointed with the aftercare. I would advise others to be cautious.
As a follow up to the store’s response: I’ve emailed and called multiple times and received only one reply, which didn’t address any of my concerns and just a suggestion to consult a plumber. That kind of answer doesn’t help or address the issue and their response here doesn't recover the time or money wasted on labour and now having to replace poorly functioning products.
Again, I would advise caution if considering purchasing from Nosa.

I have never written a review in my life, but my experience with this company has left me absolutely infuriated, and I feel compelled to warn others — please do not shop here.
From the very beginning, the experience has been a complete disgrace. We ordered tiles online at a stated price, only to be contacted afterwards and told the pricing on the website was incorrect. We were then asked to pay an additional £500 after already placing the order. Despite how unacceptable this was, we reluctantly paid it because we were desperate to move forward with our project.
Things only got worse from there. We later placed another order for additional tiles, but ended up with too many and arranged a return. What should have been a simple process turned into a complete ordeal. After significant effort, the tiles were finally collected — and thankfully, I took photographic evidence of the full return.
Since then, I have contacted the company at least 30–35 times (around 15 emails and countless phone calls). Every single time, I am told someone will call me back within 30 minutes with a resolution. That call never comes.
I have now been told my refund has been processed — but for the wrong amount. I returned 15–16 boxes, yet their system only shows 7. Each time I raise this, I am told it will be “looked into” and that I will receive a call back. Again, no follow-up.
It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting for over £1,000 to be refunded. No clear answers, no accountability, and no communication. Emails of complaint have been ignored, and repeated calls have led nowhere.
The customer service is completely unacceptable. You are passed from person to person with no ownership, no resolution, and constant empty promises of callbacks that never happen.
This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with any company. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this business entirely — it is simply not worth the stress. I would rather pay double elsewhere than go through this again.

Sent tells via email- of course they have nothing to say:
I’ve just travelled from Huddersfield to Harrogate to look at your show room. None of your all white colleagues even acknowledged me. As soon as a white woman and white man walk in, they are greeted, offered help and a drink. If you don’t want BLACK people in your shop you should state so. I wanted to see your show room to look for something I saw online. Won’t be spending my white earned GBP here! Remind me what year is it???
Only editing this as Trustpilot have threatened to take down my review if I didn’t provide them with an order number and telephone number and name. They have my email address and name. Since I wasn’t allowed to buy from them how can I have an order number?
The date of the ‘experience’ was Saturday 14th March between 1.50 and 2.10pm. I have only yesterday received a reply from the company since this review.

It’s now been over two weeks with no resolution.

Recently ordered a marble sink from Nosa and am really disappointed by the quality of the product sent to me which has what looks like a poor attempt to fill a crack running through the centre of the sink. I've emailed customer support and am awaiting a reply so will update this review dependent on outcome.
Update 18/03 - although I appreciated the platitudes given in reply to my review, I've heard nothing from their customer service team a week after having emailed.

Having recently built a house for ourselves, we have had to deal with numerous online suppliers but I have to say Nosa were by far the best in terms of ease of ordering delivery and quality of service. All their staff were helpful but Anita in particular was very knowledgeable and such a nice person to deal with. The quality of Nosa`s products is excellent and look great in our bathrooms.

Managed to misplace one of our shower dials. Contacted Nosa and was very quickly directed to the right person who responded promptly and effectively. Luckily they had a returned item that was the perfect replacement for our missing piece. Excellent customer care. They sent it next day delivery, without cost!

The customer service I have received from Nosa, specifically Lisa, was excellent from start to finish. Lisa helped me with a number of queries while placing my order, and resolved them brilliantly.
The products themselves were fabulous, and very straight forward to install, once I had wrestled the 140kg bath through the front door of the property, up a flight of stairs and into the bathroom. 3 person job!

Lots of issues with the delivery, so I’m giving 3 stars. One of the taps arrived slightly damaged and when I contacted them, they ignored me. The other tap was damaged by my builder; I asked if I could purchase a replacement part, but they never replied
