Excellent Course, well taught by a very calm, well-informed clinician, in a very relaxed manner. Relevant in all work environments especially to clinicians, more so in Mental Health Care. The course has very practical exercises as one goes along. (The DICES® Risk Assessment and Management System)

This course was well organized and structured. The course is self-paced and there was enough time for me to complete with my full-time schedule. The content is excellent and practical. I was able to utilize DBT approaches with my students between modules. You will receive some excellent resources to utilize in your practice.

I recently completed the "ACT Essentials" course. It was so beautifully taught and led. The material was presented in easily digested chunks, and the suggested exercises helped me to relate the learning to my own practice. I've already recommended it to all of my colleagues and look forward to taking other courses through APT.

I would highly recommend the APT DBT course. I have just completed it , along side my team and we found it excellent. I attended the Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) Essentials 3 day Online Training course. The facilitator was excellent and used great case examples of CFT. There was lots of opportunities to ask questions and the discussion was rich. The training was attended by a wide variety of professionals which was great for my learning.

The Trauma-Informed Practice course Level 1A was really informative , easy to follow and entertaining. The information was delivered in easy chunk sized amounts.

A very informative course about everything you need to know about MI. Great discussions, self-quiz tests, slides along with interviews.

This was a great course and I would recommend it to anyone but specifically for those working with people short term as it really reinforces the positive impact that just one session can make. I work with people across a five day residential mental health programme and I feel our patients will really benefit from this addition to my toolbox. Thank you.

I really enjoyed this course, including the material and the instructor who was both knowledgeable and also made the course enjoyable and fun with his sense of humor and lightness of touch. I really enjoyed this course. I am a recently qualified Psychotherapist (April 2025). I have begun to work with victim survivors of sexualised trauma on a weekly basis.
