We cannot speak highly enough of the care, expertise, and support our son and our family have received from Epic Solutions. From the very first consultation, Dr Vicky Hill demonstrated exceptional clinical knowledge alongside a truly kind, caring, and empathetic nature. Her depth of understanding around ADHD and associated language needs was immediately evident, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully, ensuring we felt informed, reassured, and fully involved at every stage.
The multidisciplinary approach to care and assessment was excellent and seamlessly coordinated. Communication throughout has been fantastic, with continued advice, guidance, and support provided well beyond the initial assessments.
Dr Hill’s approach to our son was outstanding. She engaged with him in a calm, patient, and compassionate manner, quickly building trust and making him feel comfortable and understood. Her assessments were highly tailored to his individual needs, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about him as a person, not just a diagnosis. This same warmth and consideration extended to us as parents; Dr Hill listened carefully to our concerns, offered practical and balanced advice, and showed real appreciation of the impact these assessments can have on the whole family.
In addition, Dr Brookes completed the language assessment with great professionalism, kindness, and empathy, taking the time to understand our son’s specific needs and ensuring he felt supported throughout the process.
Dr Vicky Hill truly goes above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and her commitment to patient care is exceptional. She even contacted us out of hours to support an urgent issue regarding medication, which was incredibly reassuring and speaks volumes about her dedication to the wellbeing of her patients and their families.
We are extremely grateful for the outstanding care, professionalism, knowledge, and compassion shown by Dr Hill and the wider Epic Solutions team, and we would wholeheartedly recommend their services to any family seeking thorough, empathetic, and expert assessment and support.

Our daughter has struggled with a variety of health issues, physical and mental, as well as being autistic - which have meant she has not been in full time education for years and withdrawn from alot of ' normal life'. We were getting very little support from the NHS so travelled from west Cornwall to see EPIC. she spent an hour with paediatrician and an hour with the psychiatrist who were in adjacent rooms so they could discuss her case. She is now on Medication and is now turning a corner, has started attending college and is starting to engage with daily life.
We found all staff friendly helpful and very knowledgable and understanding, and communication has been excellent.

We have been to EPIC with both our children after NHS services could not meet their needs, and both times they have been incredible; understanding, empathetic, collaborative, kind, responsive- without them I don’t know where we would be! There is no magic wand for our child, but their support and understanding has been invaluable. Our consultant throughout has been Dr Vicky Hill, who is wonderful. Thankyou

After years of fighting (and getting nowhere) with CAMHs and adult mental health services, going to EPIC was like entering a parallel universe. The staff were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, proactive and accessible; welcoming input and feedback from parents/carers. Yes, it isn’t cheap but has been worth every penny for our daughter.

EPIC have a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, provide very high quality and useful advice, and can also prescribe medication. This combination has been invaluable to our family. The team understands both child trauma and neurodiversity, and their interaction. Since receiving their support our family life is greatly improved.

Our experience with Epic Solutions has been nothing short of outstanding. From the very beginning, the staff demonstrated an incredible level of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care. Every interaction made us feel supported, respected, and confident that we were in capable hands. Their conscientious approach and attention to detail truly set them apart.

As parents, we especially appreciated how the team validated our experiences and supported us every step of the way. What made the experience even more special for our daughter, was Ebony, the support dog, who was absolutely the icing on the cake. Ebony brought warmth and comfort that made every visit feel welcoming and reassuring.

Epic have been amazing over the last five years helping our daughter when her mental health hit rock bottom. Dr Vicky Hill was happy to meet us somewhere to begin with before attending the clinic in Exeter.

After three years on medication prescribed by Dr Vicky Hill our daughter is making fantastic progress achieving things we never thought possible six years.

I would recommend Epic solutions for any family who are struggling- just to add my daughter built up a rapport with the team to enable her to get an official autism diagnosis. We were really happy with the whole diagnosis process and the outcome too.

My daughter has been a client of Epic solutions since 2023 , we came to Epic do to her struggles at high school, her anxiety was so bad that she didn’t leave the house for some time .with the team at epic solutions they discovered she was autistic, since her diagnosis we as a family have all learnt so much and are able to support her so much better, she has come such a long way & is now sitting her GCSE’s & has the confidence to go to college at the end of the year. Epic Solutions were so lovely during my assessment. Nothing felt rushed or clinical. It just felt like talking to people who genuinely cared. Being diagnosed and starting medication has made such a positive difference in my life.

I needed to have an Initial Health Assessment (IHA-C) done as part of the adoption process. I wasn't able to get assistance at my local GP or privately. I was referred to Dr Street at EPIC Solutions and she was able to assist me. Our experience with EPIC has been excellent and I can highly recommend them.

I cant recommend EPIC enough, they have made a HUGE difference to the diagnosis and management of my daughters ADHD when she went to uni. They are both extremely professional and friendly and a huge source of support and relief for the patient and parents. I always felt they gave my daughter very individual support that was right for her needs, and I know it has made all the difference to her achieiving great uni results. social situations and feeling more in control of her ADHD rather than it controlling her!

I received my diagnosis of ADHD through Epic Solutions at age 18, and I couldn't recommend them enough! My whole process was organised, I felt comfortable with all of my doctors and had constant help and support the whole way through. Once diagnosed Epic helped me get medication to support me, the process was smooth and highly communicative. Epic really listened to what I needed, they are a company who truly care for their clients, and I am so grateful for all they've done for me.

I had the most wonderful experience with EPIC. All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly. My therapist was incredibly knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable and understood. I cannot emphasise enough how much it has helped me manage and feel more confident at school and in life. I would recommend EPIC to everyone, thank you EPIC!

EPIC solutions were nothing but amazing in sorting out my teenage daughter. I found the NHS process incredibly frustrating to navigate, with it's disjointed care for mental health in children. However, EPIC were able to bring together all their skills in both mental and physical health, as well as neurodiversity, to help my daughter make sense of herself and her emotions. She is now thriving at school, and this is all thanks to the kindness, excellence and professionalism of all the staff that work there.

I cannot recommend EPIC Solutions enough, they are a shining example of how care should be delivered. Working in Mental Health but with adults I have very high standards and expectations and can honestly say that EPIC is one of the best examples of care I have EVER come across.
From our first appointment with them we have felt listened to and validated, this applies to every contact ( Dr, Psychologists, Therapist, Nurses and Reception staff). As a parent when you know that your child is struggling it shakes you to the core, and is sadly, in today's depleted NHS, virtually impossible to access the care needed. We were incredibly fortunate to have Epic recommended to us. and want to say a massive 'Thank you' to the whole team.

My son went through an assessment through EPIC, I went through this route due to the long waits in NHS services. The whole process from start to finish was seamless, young person focused and we were made to feel included and validated. on going treatment has been offered and I can highly recommend the service. My son through this process has received a better understanding of himself and is now thriving.

I can't thank Epic enough for finally giving our family the answers we needed to love forward with our lives.

Knowing our daughter is autistic had been life-changing for sll of us. They now have useful coping strategies in place, which enable them to lead a full life. They are so much more confident, a true Neurodiversity champion who can now advocate for themselves.

The relief for me, after years of experiencing 'parental blame' was enormous. I felt heard and validated and sobbed when we were given their diagnosis.

The building is accessible, the furnishings make it feel spacious yet welcoming.

ALL the staff members are welcoming.

They were so thorough. The initial meeting was well conducted and gave us many answers and we felt proceeding with the full assessment was the right option for our daughter.

The assessment was detailed and holistic and my daughter felt heard and validated too.
