Auntie Linda came into our lives back in the summer of 2021 when needed an emergency childminder and I must say what a delight she is and we’re all so grateful to have met her and her family. I can highly recommend Linda and more than happy to leave my boys in her care. She’s great! Still to this day even though boys now both in school Auntie Linda looks after my boys as and when required throughout school holidays etc. This has been a blessing to my partner and I that we are able to work and know our boys are taken good care of. She has watched my children grow and always been attentive with my boys with and without their diagnosis’s and fully understands both my children’s needs.

We were lucky enough to have Linda and co look after our son Manny for 2 years whilst we lived in London. They weren’t just childminders - they became family and shared important moments in our son’s life as he turned from a baby to a toddler. We never had to worry about how well our son was looked after whilst he was with Linda, we knew he was getting the best care possible, was fed homemade food, and being taught so well with up to date EYFS syllabus, helping him to meet all his milestones. Linda was invaluable support to us as parents also - we didn’t have family who lived in London - and as shift work nurses - Linda supported us so well - giving us flexibility and ensuring we could work our shifts without worry. Linda has such a great bond and rapport with the children - she would always give us great advice on things to teach our son next or to work on with managing his behaviour as he became a toddler and we are so grateful. We stopped using the services when we moved up North but we miss her and team so much, we keep in contact regularly and grateful that Linda and team were key parts of our sons early childhood.

I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say about this childminder. She has been absolutely amazing with my son.
From the very beginning, she was always caring, patient, and truly supportive. My son loves her so much, which for me says everything. As a mum, especially a single mum, it means the world to know your child is safe, happy, and genuinely cared for.
What makes her even more special is that she goes beyond just being a childminder. There were times when she allowed me to call her just to talk or ask for advice, something she didn’t have to do, but she still did. That kind of support is rare.
She is very flexible, understanding, and always willing to help. I always felt that she cared not just about my son, but about us as a family.
To me, she’s not just a childminder, she became someone I trust deeply, almost like a friend.
I will always be grateful for everything she has done for my son.
We stop having her because we move out of London but me and my son miss her!

An amazing team lead by Linda ,she is amazing ,she manages her team incredibly and provides safe,loved and caring environment to the children and her staff.
I knew her since 2 and half years ,she look after my son when he was 3 1/2 y/o now he is 6 .My son loves his Linda Aunty ,she is so caring ,joyfull and loving towards my son and other children under her care .I am glad i met her .

Linda’s leadership is clearly reflected in the high standards of the service. She is attentive, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. It is incredibly reassuring to know that my Mum’s care is overseen by someone so dedicated and experienced.

A special mention must go to Margaret, who has been an absolute blessing. Her kindness, patience, and warmth have made a world of difference to my Mum’s daily life. She treats her with dignity and respect at all times, and it’s clear that she truly cares about the people she supports. The trust we have in Margaret is invaluable, and she has built a wonderful relationship with my Mum.

Thanks to Linfranc Services, we have complete peace of mind knowing that my Mum is in safe, capable, and caring hands. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, reliable, and compassionate adult care.

I’ve been with Linfranc Services for 2 years and I love my placement . All staff are very friendly and Management are extremely caring . If I’m in need of any help or need anything for my placement the director has always been willing to help and support me . I feel more than appreciated here . The staff also push for more independent which is great !

An amazing team led by Linda who took exceptional care of our two children.

My kids absolutely loved them and were always excited to see them — even on weekends! On one occasion, my daughter cried for over an hour wanting to see the staff. When I called the director, she personally came over, reassured her, played with her, and helped her settle. That level of care truly meant so much to us.

My daughter has severe respiratory issues, and the way they supported her through to her sinus operation last year was incredible.

They genuinely go the extra mile.

Linfranc were amazing in finding my brother a house after a long hospital stay and then providing incredible care for him. He has complex needs and is difficult to care for and the Linfranc team have brought compassion and skill to allow my brother the freedom to live his life and stay safe and healthy. I can't thank them enough for their commitment and patience.

Linda is a fantastic childminder! We used her from when my little girl was 7 months to when she was 16 months. Aunty Linda provides love, support and great snacks! She dotes on the children and is a committed childminder and friend.

Linda and her team have been absolutely outstanding. For over two years, Linda cared for my son with complex needs following his ASD diagnosis and also looked after my younger daughter while I was at work.

She managed my son’s detailed care schedule, prepared his meals, and made sure both children were safe, supported, and well cared for every day. Her nursing background really shows — she is knowledgeable, calm, and completely professional.

As a parent, the greatest comfort is knowing your children are safe, and with Linda I always had that peace of mind. She has made a huge difference to our family, and I will always be grateful.

I cannot recommend Linda and her team highly enough — truly 5-star care.
