I wanted to leave an honest review about my experience taking these supplements.
I have inattentive adhd and it was my therapist that suggested I try these to help me to study and help with my energy levels.
I took get dopa for about a year. They didn’t help with my concentration whatsoever. They slightly improved my energy levels but I still ended up getting burnt out from working 20 hours per week (in a low stress job). My drive/motivation still remained low while I was on these and over the course of a year I went through many weeks of having low moods so unfortunately they didn’t improve my mood as they claim to do. The reason I continued taking them is because they are good quality vitamins but I have since found a cheaper alternative. Their customer service are great to deal with but sadly get dopa didn’t improve my adhd symptoms at all

I have been using the product for a while now take every morning first thing and really notice to difference. My focus, more energy, more clarity. Definitely worth the money, your mental health is worth the investment. Easy on the website to change delivery dates back or forward. Lovely news letter every month and lots of useful and helpful information on the website.

Ordering from getdopa was easy, and the supplements arrived quickly. Lots of information on the website to answer any questions I had. The product itself didn’t work for me (it actually had the opposite effect to what I was hoping for) but it was easy to cancel the subscription when I decided it wasn’t for me. Can’t fault it as a shopping experience.

I've been using dope for about a year now and it's definitely made a difference. My memory and focus has improved which is fantastic. It's helped my brain fog, it had almost gone at one point, but stress has brought it back, but it's definitely helped if. Personally I'd recommend it.

I have been taking Get dopa for almost two years and have mainly noticed a big difference in my overall mood. I feel a lot more balanced and less “up and down”, which in turn helps me take care of myself better. It’s not magic fix, and I still experience struggles with my symptoms, but it definitely helps me to remain more in control of my emotions, my focus and motivation. I’ve also noticed it really helps with my PMDD symptoms, which is a massive bonus! You have to try and stay consistent, and the most noticeable changes happen after 3 months, but even after a week or so, I felt “brighter”. I definitely recommend it!

Genuinely has made a huge difference to me. I am self-diagnosed with ADHD, suspected it for a long time and tried Get Dopa last year. I would not go back to how I was and have found the supplements life changing. Peri menopause and being a parent of ADHD/autistic children was draining me. I’m so pleased to have access to this fabulous formula because it is more affordable than taking all the supplements individually, infact I’d be bankrupt! The effects of Get Dopa were very quick, around 3 weeks. My mental clarity is especially noticeable. I get these on subscription for my son who has been diagnosed with inattentive ADHD. There is a waiting list from the NHS for the medication he has been prescribed, so thought I’d give get-dopa a go.
I have seen a big improvement in his focus and organisation. However, he seems to think they’ve only made a small improvement in how he feels.
Maybe because there are times he forgets to take the supplements and of course consistency is key.

I’m so happy that I found this supplement. I feel the effects immediately on the days I take it. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, and instead of medication, I decided to try supplements first. It has helped me so much to stay active and focused, and to maintain a more stable energy level and mood.

I took a break for a month to see if I was imagining the difference, and for me, the change was so clearly negative that I would never skip it again.

I have been taking these alongside my ADHD medication, they really seem to be helping with my mid afternoon crashes across a 2 week period. I told my dr at my medication review and although she was pleased has suggested that I stop them whilst I’m in the medication titration process to stabilise the right medication and dose and reconvene once complete which I DEFINITELY will be doing!!

I have had a hugely positive experience with get dopa, I’ve now been using it for over a year and it’s not negotiable for me.

Tried for a month but no improvements. Maybe works if your attention/focus problems are related to deficiencies that this products supplements but doesn’t help with ADHD related symptoms.

Finally I found a supplememt that works for all my adhd family.
My son studies for exams, my daughter feels much better and I procrastinate a lot less at work.
We have been taking GetDopa for at least one month before seeing the difference but so happy we kept taking it.

I have been taking Get Dopa for almost a month now, suspected ADHD but still waiting to hear back to confirm. Even if I don’t get diagnosed I have a very busy brain, struggle to do tasks, feel like there is always a wall between me and the tasks even though I know it won’t take long to do once I eventually do it. Since taking these I have been far more productive and able to just get up and do whatever task it is without thinking about it for days/weeks on end and never getting it done. I feel my head is less busy and I’m more able to rationally think about things compared to usual. May all just be a placebo but even if it is it’s helping so I’m going to try another months worth and see.

Bought these for my 27 year old Daughter who has been struggling with most of the affects of ADHD including depression, rejection, inability to focus etc. After a week of taking these,she informs me of a noticeable improvement in all functions. I can see how much happier and positive she is which is a real joy for us. I have now gone over to a subscription as these are the first suppliments that appear to have made a difference.
