Absolute rubbish, I ordered a really pretty ‘entrance plaque’, the photos they used for the advertisement are nothing close to the item I received, there was supposed to be fixing components for the wall, nothing , in fact the picture was so thin and nasty if I had put a screw in the back it would have gone through the picture.
The plaque itself was just a photo of the frame and picture superimposed on to a cheap piece of ply. This is the first thing I’ve ordered from this particular site, I wish I had checked the reviews first. I’ve emailed twice now for a refund but I have yet to receive even a reply, think I can safely say that’s money down the drain !

Absolute rubbish “gadget”…… no instructions either.
Have emailed them … but from what I read I don’t expect any reply. Ok PayPal will sort it. Annoying isn’t it.

This company is a SCAMMING site, still not recieved my goods and no replies to E-mails. This is not the end of it by a long shot….I warned you in my E-mails which you have ignored….the gloves are off and I’m coming for you.

I bought a jigsaw from them, the quality of the picture on it was awful and the box was dented, emailed for a refund but so far after 2 days have had no response.

I ordered a popper fastener with all the fastenings, it's very flimsy and no instructions on how to use it 😡I waited ages for it to be delivered to the point where I gave up on it coming and thought Heremes had lost it. I am now trying to find the video from.facebook to see if I can work it out from there.

I have not received what I ordered. I got an email with a tracking number for Hermes within hours of placing the order, the tracking number was not recognised. Over a week later I got info from EVRI that they had my package. Days later I got confirmation that it had been delivered to an address in Shepperton -- I live in Smethwick, West Midlands. Twice I have tried to raise issues with the only contact facility that Appledogs offer i.e. on line. No response. According to their Home Page they have a 24 x 7 telephone service which does not exist -- no numbers quoted anywhere that I could find on the web-site.

Zero Customer Service goods were poor quality and smashed to pieces when they eventually arrived.
Did as requested emails/photos etc for a refund which has never been received.
PLEASE AVOID this bunch of Cowboys and shop elsewhere, the sooner these stop trading the better.

AVOID. Like many of the other reviewers my goods, failed to arrive, there is no information with regard to the tracking number and Appledogs do not reply to emails

WARNING 🚨 Do not buy from them EVER !!! I bought what I thought ( According to appledogs UK ) were 2 felted animal brooches , a rabbit head & a Corgi. They took 6weeks to get here & when they did they were in kit form ( 3tiny bits of felt a tiny piece of thread & no pin in each bag 1 had eyes 1didnt ). NOWHERE on their site did it say " kit form " or " make them yourself " there isn't even instructions. As I have Rheumatoid arthritis I wouldn't have bought them. Tried to access the website but all I get is " page not available " the link in my invoice doesn't work either .Avoid them at all costs they are a scam !!

No communication and no product was delivered. They claim 24x7 customer support and 100% satisfaction, but I've experienced neither. Wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering.
Now chasing my money back through Paypal.

I ordered 3 cat bowls on 11/03/2023, received an order confirmation and an email saying it had been shipped. The tracking number does not exist! I would like my money back. Worried this is a scam though.

If could rate 0 I would absolute rubbish this is not what it advertises at all it’s made of plywood tried to cancel had no replies to emails, DO NOT ORDER!

Ordered mr and mrs claus arrived in bits as only in a plastic envelope. Have sent countless emails and phots as requested and was advised would get refund. No refund so emailed again and was asked to send photo! obviously automatic reply. Wish had read reviews and would never have ordered facebook should stop them from advertising on their page as thought they were endorsing them and would be a quality product.

I ordered a piston skull sculpture for husbands birthday it didn’t arrive. Hermes tracking number does not exist. I can’t get hold of anyone on the site or through messages. I’ve been scammed. Trying to get money back though hold little hope. Facebook are still advertising this even though it’s been reported as a scam.

Awful. I ordered a picture from Appledogs on 8th Feb ). On 11th Feb, I received an email from Appledogs saying my order had been shipped and giving me a Hermes tracking number, which didn't work. Now on 21st Feb and the order has still not been delivered. I've emailed Appledogs (on 18th) and filled in their 'contact us' web form (20th). No response as yet. How do we report companies like this so they can't keep taking people's money and not giving them their ordered products?

UPDATE ON MY RECENT REVIEW: I decided to email Appledogs and ask for a full refund in view of the poor quality products. At first they asked me to return pictures to China, then offered me 30% refund, both of which I declined. They eventually agreed to a 100% refund that I have now received. Happy with the final outcome.

I bought two of the swimming pictures. They have just arrived and I am extremely disappointed. Pictures are poorly printed onto hardboard with no frames or fixings. Certainly not worth the money I paid for them. Did think about returning but not convinced I would get my money back.

I also would give it zero!!!!

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered key rings for Christmas in November and never received them. Customer service diabolical, they simply ignore you. No response so no order and no refund. My experience is do not buy from these.
