Wish I'd read reviews before ordering. Ordered resin tree decorations early December. Never arrived. No response to emails requesting refund. Very disappointed. Rubbish company. Rubbish customer service. Avoid at all costs

Paid for items as Christmas presents at beginning of November. By the 23rd Dec sent an email asking where my items were received an email saying they didn't have enough items 2 send out and would send it when they had some in stocks.
I states I wanted a refund as my items were supposed to have already been shipped n I had the same dodgy tracking number as everyone else n haven't heard anything from them since need investigating disgusting service.

I am afraid that I do not feel very constructive but I will be honest. I ordered a pair of LED gloves which arrived but have never worked. Both gloves are useless. I have emailed many times and been told that I will get a partial refund. I am still waiting for this and have had not further replies to emails. This company is clearly making money by providing shoddy goods and dreadful customer experience. I would strongly recommend that they be investigated.

Ordered in November but like everyone else no parcel and they do not answer emails, glad I paid by Klarna as they have withheld payment and I do not have to pay

Items didn't arrive after a month. They don't reply to emails.

Ordered 20th Nov and paid in full order number Dog-88666 and nothing ever arrived and zero reply to my emails
Advice is not to send any money to this rip off company 😡
Literally the only response from appledogs is the defunct tracking number from Hermes 😡🫣🙄

Item nowhere as good as the ad. Abominable snowman tree topper in ad has smile and shaped head / body. Item that arrived is more like a cheap dog toy . AVOID

Out of 3 mini led lights only one works.
3 lazy stand-ups delivered after Xmas.
Despite claiming they fit on any iPad, they only fit on iPhone.
A lot of wasted money .

I have had an order outstanding with them for 6 weeks and no response. I have tried everything to contact them and no response. Be careful when you buy here as like me you may never get the items and not get a refund either.

I also wish I had read the reviews before ordering the resin Santa ornaments. . Like others they have not arrived and my tracking number is invalid with Hermes. I also have had no response from apple dogs. I ordered mid November as they were gifts for friends. Now I have no presents and no money , very unsatisfied

Order paid for on 2/12/22 Tracking number provided did not work and I had no response from two emails sent querying where my order was. Total lack of customer service but thankfully my order arrived today 24th December .

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered at the beginning of November. Last tracking update 24th of November "picked up by evri". No response to emails, have filled out a request on the site expect that to be ignored too. They have my money and I don't have anything to show for it. Wish I had checked reviews first. Merry Christmas to me 🤨

Ordered the resin Santa and Mrs Claus tree ornaments. Tracking number was invalid (said it was Hermes but they knew nothing about the delivery). No reply to email so given up as lost cause after reading the bad reviews.
2 weeks later they arrived, but Santa's head had broken off. I super glued it back on and you would never know it had been damaged
Not the best shopping experience but the items arrived but broken. Wouldn't order from them again but I appear to be the exception to the rule as I at least got what I ordered

Complete waste of money. Took 6 weeks to arrive from China and the product looks nothing like the phot. Cheap and tacky. Complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Items have not arrived and no reply at all when I E Mail. As others have said the tracking number is not recognised. Thank goodness it wasn't an expensive order. You live and learn , I will now need to go out and purchase some more Christmas presents.

After waiting ages fir my order arrived broken. Badly packed

Purchased a crystals advent calendar for my daughter. Absolute crap. The semi precious stones pictured on the box are NOTHING like the actual contents. For the past few days the ‘Crystals’ have been nothing more than polished pieces of coloured glass. The description claims that the box contains genuine fossils - not in ours it doesn’t! It also claims there’s a full colour learning guide and identification sheet - again not in ours. They must be referring to the descriptions of the stones they say the calendar contains (which it doesn’t) printed on the back of the box.
Apparently each kit contains “one broken geode and two unbroken geode specimens for you to crack open yourself”. NO IT DOESN’T! What it does contain are lots of small pieces of coloured glass, one piece of unpolished rose quartz (front of box shows all polished semi precious stones), a magnifying glass and a couple of other bits of ‘rock’ that look suspiciously similar to the slate on my garden.
This was a total waste of money and extremely disappointing.

Well I have given this organisation a generous 1star. They overcharged and failed to respond to 3 emails asking for a refund. Never got it. They are rubbish.
