Like others, I bought a Man City advent calendar which in reality looked nothing like what was advertised. Instead of little standing figures it contains flat pieces of plastic with unrecognisable printed pics of players. Despite contacting them to complain and demand a refund, I have heard nothing. £30 of tat for a very disappointed child.

I ordered the man city advent calendar what a rip off it came damaged the gifts are a joke never order from these again. Total con artists

I also purchased the Man City advent calendar. What a lot of cheap plastic , unrecognisable small figures. Nothing like what was advertised. No luck getting in touch with the company. I am so angry that companies get away with misleading consumers in this way. Never mind the disappointment on my son’s face. Wished I’d checked out the company first. Gave it one star as it wouldn’t let me choose zero stars.

Bought the man city calender & what i recieved is nothing like the picture, £25 on bits of plastic that went straight in the bin, very dissapointed son. Rip off, avoid

Ridiculous that this company is getting away with charging £25 for a Calendar showing figures and issuing something half the expected size with little plastic pieces and no characters whatsoever, not only ripping people off but disappointing kids is acceptable from this company.. don’t give them you cash

Lucky you can only give 1 star rating i would nor have given any my wife is an ardent Liverpool supporter and i thought of a pre christmas treat i would get her a Liverpool team themed advent calendar but instead like others i have recieved a pathetic mish mash of world cup players from past years VERY ANNOYED

Ordered a Liverpool FC advent calendar. £25 - not cheap. Not only is it tiny, they also sent me the wrong advent calendar. I’ve tried to contact customer service several times and am just being ignored. Just want to receive what I ordered. Wish I’d read the reviews first. Would not use again.

I honestly wish you could give this company less than 1 star, absolute scam! Please avoid & do not use them!

I paid £30 for a Man city Advent calendar and it is nothing like pictured on their website!! Nothing but cheap rubbish.

Tried contacting customer services, I am now on my 20th email to them to try and get the return address to send my order back. I've had no response to any of the emails, just wish I had checked the reviews before I jumped in and bought anything from them.

Never again! Avoid!!

Jewellery advent calendar better but still not worth the money

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve bought a Tshirt from them in 4 different sizes just to be on the safe side. The T-shirts that came are nothing like the photos on their website - dull colours, cheap quality, sizing is off, nothing fits. Emailed them 1 day after receiving the parcel asking for a return address as it’s nowhere to be found on their website. No response for 18 days. They only responded after I contacted Klarna. Still they didn’t provide return address, instead they say that they can refund 30% of the original price (even though the fault is on their side), otherwise I’ll have to pay a hefty shipping fee to return the items. I wasn’t aware they’re not based in UK, it’s not stated anywhere, otherwise I wouldnt order. Emailed them back and again, NO RESPONSE whatsoever.
Absolute scam. Also I don’t know why Klarna is offering payments on a scam website.

Made an order on 15 September and of course paid for delivery. After 2 weeks I emailed Appledogs, only to be told the item was out of stock currently and they would be in contact once it was back in stock. I asked them whether the stock was sold out at the time I made the purchase. Surprise Surprise I never received a reply. You cannot call them, absolute rip off

Bought a pair of Wireless Open Ear Bluetooth Earbuds And Summer Outdoor Casual Baseball Cap which are good quality. My problem is the right ear bud stopped working soon after delivery. I’ve emailed and sent contact us form from the site multiple times over the past week and got no response.

Ordered a compression vest 2 months ago £20, nothing, no reply to emails multiple sent, then today a normal cheaper than cheap plain vest arrived, company is a con, wish I’d checked on here first. Not even a returns policy

I ordered what I fort to be. Earphones only to find out that after paying £45 that they don’t have the stock don’t know when any stock haven’t confirmed my order and numerous emails are still refusing to give me a full refund which I’m legally entitled to it so there is no other email as they are not very responsive and wouldn’t Recommend this company to anybody avoid like HIV company. Order was placed on the 7th of September 2024 and he’s still ongoing to try and locate my item/refund 20th of September 2024
