I ordered a theft proof backpack and it looked fine in the picture.
It arrived 2 weeks later and I wish I hadn’t bothered. The quality was poor and the finish was not as described. A total waste of money.
I have written to Customer Services but am not expecting to receive a response or refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHINESE BASED COMPANY !!

Avoid! Yet another Chinese company posing as UK based ... ordered a ski hood on the 10th December for a ski trip 14th January & it's still in China currently on 5th January.
What a disappointment, not Appledogs UK but Appledogs HANGZHOU

I placed an order on 8th December for a Ski Hood and have chased up numerous times.

I leave today for my ski trip and it’s not arrived.

It wasn’t shipped till 28 December and today was told it takes 15 days for shipping.

Totally disappointed and will now need to purchase something else to replace it when I get to my destination.

I have asked for a refund which they have refused as it’s on its way!
DONT BUY FROM THEM.

Absolute bag of shi te, wrong items delivered and no response to messages

Awful don’t use this company ordered goods but nothing arrived have contacted them 3 x via email/customer service but no response

What is going on does this company even exist, or is genuine , quick to take payment for order, weeks to send item that is not as ordered, then when request refund, all emails get returned by mail server.

Product not as described on website. Took ages to arrive. Really poor quality. No response to email. AVOID!

Corrected review…
After paying for the product, hearing nothing and getting radio silence on my enquiries I’d assumed these to be scammers. Much to my pleasant surprise the ordered product did finally arrive (3.5 weeks after ordering) and it was as expected.

Rating amended from 1* to 3*. The company really does need to work on improving communications but I’m happy to report they do appear to be genuine

Ordered a Harry Potter mug as a Christmas gift after spotting a Facebook advert. No response to a follow-up enquiry that I made. Wishing very much I’d checked on here before making payment- at best I suspect it will be a post Christmas arrival. At worst I fear it to be a scam company.

Ordered two T-shirts they came one wrong colour and wrong logo customer service not answering my emails won’t order from these again stay away from this company

Ordered a set of couples Christmas T-shirts in black. Woman’s one fine, males one, wrong colour, wrong size. Trying to resolve my issue as paid £38. I’ve had no resolution. Very unhappy and wouldn’t deal with ever again I would now be happy for a refund

Pity I can't give zero stars, wish I had read the awful reviews about this company before ordering, Ordered a xmas jumper a few weeks ago, not received it, heard nothing from them since they took my money, no emails no tracking info, zero customer service. Will always read reviews in future.

They stole pictures of my Etsy product of my own design , took my pictures and pretending that it’s their product! So I can tell you this is a scam website with thief marketing

Ordered Chest and Nuts t-shirts which took a week to arrive. Nothing right on the order and had to chest t-shirts, different colours and sizes. Many attempts to contact via contact us but no response. Will contact to hound them, but no confident after reading others having the same problem. Terrible website

Ordered a 'Cycling Fan Memorabilia' on 26th Nov. Got confirmation email. 2 days later I got a message from my bank to say the money has been refunded. Had nothing from Appledogs to say why this has happened. Have emailed them for a reason why. Still waiting to hear.

Ordered a suncatcher ornament. It arrived after about 3 weeks but was broken in 2 places. I emailed the same day included photos but no response. I emailed again a few days after but no response. I messaged them using their contact form but still no response. I can’t find any other way of contacting them. The packaging was very flimsy and thin. Do not use them.order no:dog-156487

Paid £19.99 plus postage for a jumpsuit that apparently had shape wear and removable padding in the boob part. It arrived and is cheap material, no shape wear and no removable padding. This product is work no more than £3 if that. It took a month to arrive and there is no returns information. Quality is disgusting. Scam!

I ordered something a year and a half ago. Still waiting haha. £20 I'll never see again!!
