Contacted them as soon as I saw the confirmation email as the items being sent were not what I thought I had ordered. There was no response so I emailed again very soon after. Again no response. This was done twice more without response. Eventually found another way to contact them, though by this time they
said they had sent the items though it was some time later before they eventually arrived. I want to return them but their returns page does not give an address and you have to contact them again to get one. I’m not holding my breath.

November 7. Eventually received a reply to my email requesting a return address. As you can see, I am being asked to return what is two small , unwanted and unasked for, items to China. Don’t use this company.

Sent money, did not receive email or confirmation or order. When I asked about my order they said they had no record of it. I sent screen shots of the money going to them from my bank and I just kept getting the same response. No refund, no item.

Had to give 1 star as not allowed to have a zero!! I placed an order which I thought was £3.00(thank god I didn’t spend more) £10.98 taken. Not received anything and now I received a telephone call from fraud team at my bank asking me if I have authorised more transactions with this company. Apparently for several
electronic goods that I have never placed an order for!! My bank have had to go into all the transactions they have presented to my account and stop them all and I havee we had to have new card issued as apparently they will continue to present transactions once they have your card number. Nightmare!!! Wish I had never ever bothered with this fake and fraudulent company!!

Placed an order with them. Arrived but was nothing like the photo and broken. Have e-mailed their customer address twice with photos and nothing back in nearly 2 weeks now. Do not buy - they should be shut down, complete con.

I've been waiting 2 weeks now for a top, I've emailed them no response it was £25 and that alot of money now adays. Do not order from here. Don't no if I will get a top or my money back

Only given one star because I can't give it zero. Do NOT buy from this company. Verging on a scam. Items arrived after about a month. Had given up. Nothing like the pictures. Cheap rubbish. Nothing inside about the order and therefore no returns information. Made in China, which I didn't know. A real rip off. Stay clear !

Ordered dog pooing 2024 calendar.Delivered on time and good quality.However disappointed to see that half the months were simply close ups of dogs having a poo with no picturesque backgrounds.Small images in front of large country/coastal views would be fun,but close ups are not nice when you have visitors.Nice idea but won't do again

This 'company' does not even warrant a one star. If you are reading this before you buy, then please don't buy.
Purchase only arrived after PayPal contacted them. When it arrived the quality was so bad and sizing incorrect I asked for a refund. Was told I would have to post to China first!!!! I was given a choice of 50% refund. After several emails, which have not been answered, I am still waiting for a refund.

Advertised as a pen but when it arrived it is not a pen, false advert.
It might fit on top of a biro, but it is sold as a pen, I ordered 2 and neither have a pen.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my order to arrive. Emailed customer services… no answer what a surprise, please do not waste your time or money.

Absolutely rubbish!! Nothing like the pictures- cheap tat.
Took weeks to arrive - must be from China - says UK, but postage so expensive.
What a con. Don't buy anything- will read reviews next time.
Have asked for refund but doubt I'll get it!!

I bought a Canister with Attitude.
The picture was a very pretty pale pink with baby blue and white pattern.
I received a nasty pink with splodges of blue black and white. The lid isn't very secure and the inside has blobs of very sharp resin. It took more than two weeks to arrive. More useless rubbish from China, don't waste your money!

Took weeks to deliver. Bought two canisters. One had a hole in the bottom which is not much good for sugar and also had broken crockery stuck to the bottom. Very thin china so will break easily if not very careful. Obviously no quality control. I have written three times without any reply. Useless company. Such a shame

Ordered some Indestructible Dog Toys. Took ages to come from China. If I knew this I wouldn't of ordered them. I knew they wouldn't last and under 5 mins ripped apart. Contacted them and nothing I'm going to trading standards.

Wish I could give this company zero! Claims to be UK based, it isn’t! My order has not arrived after five weeks, there was no mention on the advert that it was coming from china. I’ve emailed them three times and filled in their on line form, no reply AVOID !

Wish I could give no stars. Item I ordered took weeks to arrive (no warning of that when I ordered). On making enquiries as to where it was, got a reply saying they’d got my order…of course they did, they took the money.

I didn’t know it was coming from,China either, having seen the firm had a London address.

It eventually arrived, badly packaged for something coming from China, and broken. Sent picture of broken item, asking for replacement or refund, stoney silence…I won’t hold my breath for a replacement or refund.

Update on previous review…… product finally arrived after a long wait , unable to communicate as email doesn’t seem to exist … product is awful , was led to believe this product was ceramic, but actually is made from plastic/resin , inside is rough and unfinished , could not put food stuff in it …. Cheap products from China ….. please avoid this company …. Strange that at least 10 other company’s are also advertising the same product ….. beware !

Scam company selling poor quality fakes with riduculously long delivery times from China. Avoid! AVOID!!

Bad quality fake ceramic, broke while removing from inadequate packaging. Email address not recognised, invited to reply to delivery email but labelled’no reply’. Clearly scam, AVOID!

Read all the bad reviews after making my purchase so just assumed I’d been caught out with some scam and never expected to receive my item, or thought I’d be sadly disappointed with the quality …but …six weeks later I did actually receive my cannister with attitude in perfect condition and couldn’t be more pleased!
