False advertising. Believed I was buy the quest 100 colouring book and the options for pens was included with the book. So clicked 36 pens was charged 19.99 then 4.95 post and packaging. Took over 3 weeks to be delivered couldn’t track had to email them, eventually got delivery to find was only pens and no book apparently have to order separately which would have worked out to over £50. Worse website ever. Have now got book from Amazon for half the price and being delivered next day

They are ripping off artists and selling work that is not theirs

Not what was advertised, took along time to arrive, not answering texts quickly only getting automated messages most of the time.Product not packed properly came damaged and falling apart.

I got my colouring pencils and didn’t recieve the colouring books wanted xx but package arrived in one piece and not destroyed

Received the dress I ordered for my daughter prom from Appledogs and was thrilled. Not only the dress looks better than on the site, the whole process was stress free and fun. Their team were professional, they help me decide. Thank you Appledogs, you made my daughter and me so happy.

Communication was great throughout the process. I had never ordered a dress on line before, but after chatting with the rep I felt confidence to buy my dress from them.

Appledogs have the most beatiful dress on the internet! The dress I bought is very well-made. I received items so fast as they promiseed.

I ordered a dress for my daughter and was so pleased with the dress and especially the service that I received. My daughter saw the dress online as she was looking for dresses so we went to some shops that carried the same dress to try it on. We found that this website had the best prices than any clothing.

My dress is gorgeous, fantastic quality and I would never be able to purchase the same in local shop for that price. For those that complain about sizing - when you order anything online you run the risk of it not fitting. I know i can walk into most shops and fit items from a XS through to a Med because all fits/cuts/fabrics are different. So happy with Appledogs and will definetly be purchasing more in the future!

I purchased an amazing dress from Appledogs last month and was really impressed with everything from the product to the customer service.

It's just too risky not knowing what you are actually going to get and whether or not you will receive the dress on time. The only reason I gave the site 2 star was so that i got refund. I would have liked to give it zero stars.

Great service I would certainly have no problem doing business with Appledogs again or recommend to friends.

If you do make a purchase from this site be warned, regardless of what is outlined in the return policy on the site, they will not take the dress back. I would not recommend this site under any circumstances.

I think this is a rouge company.made a order,but can't get any reply.they have taken my money.this is a scam, leave them well alone.

My purchased item did not arrive and was never seen,
e mailed the customer service several times, they don't reply because they don't exist.
This company is a typical representation of poor cheap Chinese companies do no not contemplate using these rip off merchants

Totally awful do not BUY ANYTHING from this company as goods are not as advertised

I bought from the company thinking the item was linen. I now note that it is listed as cotton/linen, but it is actually cotton/polyester. It is a poor lightweight fabric.

I bought it thinking it was a British company, but the item is made to order and then shipped from China. It took weeks. I had bought it to take on holiday with me.

I have just written to them requesting to return the item and obtain a refund.

Do not believe their Instagram advertising it is not accurate. It is the first time I have bought a dress from an ad on it and it will be my last.
