Really bad quality, really bad customer service, dress looked nothing like it did online and now unable to return as have to email customer service who never reply.

OMG out of pocket £10 and 5 months later no gift

Avoid at all costs. They don’t accept returns unless you pay to resend the items to China!! Their sizing chart which they only put right at the very bottom of the page is ridiculous. They list size 4XL as a 32in waist size? Crazy!!!!

Scammed - delivery number didn’t exist and no replies to any of the emails that I sent.

The product received looked similar but was not what was advertised and the quality was unlikely to stand up to what it is meant to do! £20 straight in the bin!

Got the goods I ordered. Took 3/4 weeks which I expected. Delight with my purchase.

Order not recieved. No response from multiple emails. Wish I'd read previous reviews.

Beautiful dresses.
I do admit that I am surprised how nice they are and that they turned up within 3 weeks!
Will I buy from them again?? Don't know.!!
All in all, my experience was good.

This is the second time I have been scammed by this company. The last time in Nov/December 2022. This time ordered on April 5th 2023, Appledog buckle claw set. Unknown to me it was previous scammers under differant front. Sent mail on April 23rd 2023 as Hermes( defunct carrier) tracking number did not work....according to Whistl tracking company. My mail unanswered. May 1st ask again where is order? Got immediate responce from "Durian#" giving details of same tracker number I had quoted, but that was also quoted in previous scam last December. It was identical saying parcel will arrive in 15days. THE DETAILS OF PARCEL IN DECEMBER. I NEVER GOT THAT EITHER.

It's a scam - the items sent are not those advertised. I ordered a puzzle and the advert was clearly taken from another product or website. The product sent out is similar but is clearly a rip off of the original puzzle, with a different picture (with laughably bad Photoshop editing), different packaging and very poor build quality.

I ordered 2 jumpsuits, which in fairness are nice, but they are too small. I have trying to return them but you need a returns address, which they don't advertise, and the customer service is just ignoring me. Do not buy from them

If I could give a nil star rating I would. The item ordered has been delivered but is not as advertised. Have emailed to request returns information, only to be told that I need to send back to China or take a 50% refund, as their website states item shipped from the UK I challenged and now have radio silence and to date not received any kind of a refund or any further reponse!

Wrong courier name (Hermes) click on tracking number and it goes to whistl which it does not recognise the number. No reply from customer services. I had previously ordered from them no problem and that's why I ordered from again, BUT I wish I had read the reviews as looks like this company is a joke. I would avoid.😡

Absolute joke of a Company. Ordered size 36 waist trousers. The trousers are nothing like the photo plus they are more like 46 waist. Contacted the company via email 3 times with no reply. Avoid at all costs

Ordered clothing that was nothing like advertised paid a ridiculous price for Evri delivery (not aware at the time of ordering) promising to be 1-2 days actually took 2 weeks and given a bogus tracking number.

Wish I'd read reviews. Ordered a seed planter on Facebook market place like others got a very quick reply it had been posted with a Hermes tracking number which doesn't exist when you e mail replies come from Durian. Complete scam company

I purchased two pairs of LED gloves, as Xmas gifts in Nov. Got a dodgy tracking number which initially said my purchases had been posted with Hermes, then a delivery unsuccessful message from Evri. Apparently my parcel was delivered to Scotland (I'm in Kent). They've not once responded to my emails. Now trying to claim money back through my bank. Sadly I didn't check reviews before purchasing.

NO DELIVERY MY ITEMS STILL HAVENT ARRIVED NUMEROUS EMAILS AND MESSAGES SENT VIA WEBSITE AND THEY IGNORE YOU I WANT A REFUND!!! WE PERHAPS SHOULD ALL GO TO TRADING STANDARDS BECAUSE THEY ARE A SHAMBLES !!!!!

Please read the reviews…. I didn’t and received faulty goods. No response when contacting the company.

Took a while for my ergonomic cat bowls to arrive. Quality is ok, they are a bit lightweight so he can push them about, and they are definitely NOT grey, they are blue :(
