First order but most definitely wont be the last, the pen I wanted was out of stock and I'd requested nib work/check done prior. Was communicated with and warned of 3 week delay, in end was only two week and shipment to UK was super-quick and fully informed by both DHL and Appelboom at every stage the package details and whereabouts until it arrived at my door.

Pen was beautiful but most importantly the nib was super super smooth and lovely and juicy wet as the broad nib should be, The ink left in the pens converter enabled me to do a very quick check before those last drops ran out.

Ink was so nice I emailed and asked what the ink was not expecting a response till post the weekend.. Amazed that the director responded that evening with the ink details.. above and beyond Appelboom.

I've not even needed to mention the two mini-stroopwaffels placed in the box.

Fast delivery and best quality

I ordered a $400 Montblanc Boheme pen. They did a fantastic job with quick shipping; the item was 100% as described. I will order again!!

A great customer experience as they are superb at communicating and going that extra mile for their customer. My recent purchase was not in stock but they were in touch with the manufacturer immediately. When shipped the packaging was of a quality not often seen these days. The manufacturers box was over wrapped with their own paper and inset into their branded display box. I would highly recommend looking on their website and know that you are going to get a great purchase and exemplary customer care.

Honestly Appleboom goes above and beyond for their customers! Joost and his team are amazing and I will continue to support their business.

5 star service to go along with my 5 star product. I’m glad I decided to go with Appleboom and not some online junk collector or a drop shipping company.

As always Joost helped me with my order and the entire process was smooth and I've got a dream pen for an excellent price. Joost arranged to have the stock nib changed for my preferred option and informed me this may delay my order, and then delivered it quicker than the estimate.

Appelboom are my only source for pens these days due to their customer service and exceptionally skilled nibmeister Anabelle. You'll always get a pen that writes exquisitely out of the box, with bonus stroopwafel.

I recently ordered a Filofax Personal Compact Calypso ring planner from Appelboom. I have ordered from this company before, but it’s been awhile. I was perusing their website when I came across this discontinued model and was quite surprised to see it on their website. Shipping to the United States was faster than expected, and it was packaged very carefully with attention to detail. Communication from the company was clear an instantaneous. Overall, the whole shopping experience was pleasant, and I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again!

I had an amazing experience with Appelboom. The product was excellent and the customer service helpful and friendly. And the stroopwaffles were the cherry on top!

I ordered pens from the brand Leonardo at this Shop: highest quality and the delivery was perfect. They use loving wrapping paper for each package. And the customer service is also very fast and friendly!
Thank you, Mr Appelboom!

Very good customer service. Great response to my many questions and special requests. I would definitely look here first for anything related to fountain pens and all the things they sell.

This is an absolutely GREAT store to buy luxury pens from-and is easily one of the best companies that I’ve ever dealt with. Service is impeccable and their products are always as described. I cannot complement them enough. They are 5+++++
