THIS is an amazing company . All around . From customer service , to quality product . Fast Delivery and attention to detail . And let’s talk about Joost ! An exceptional person . I’ll be back again. And again . My pen arrived safely and I am truly enjoying it . Thank you Appleboom .

Appleboom has a great selection of pens and inks and is a hobbyist dream. The service was great, fast and very reliable. It was also do sweet they added a gift and I ate it right away 😁 it makes an otherwise impersonal online experience very personal and that you are valued client. Will definitely get from them again. Thank you for everything 😊

Great product selection, really fast shipping. My package arrived fast and nicely wrapped. Great Service.

Topervaring met Appelboom voor aankoop van dure pen. Persoonlijke service en feedback. Een voorbeeld voor de online-wereld.

I have purchased several fountain pens from Appelboom. They were beautiful, quality products, securely delivered. I recently enquired about a pen that they do not currently offer and Mr. Appelboom kindly contacted the producer and was able to secure the pen for me directly from the source. Now that is service! I recommend Appelboom Pens gladly!

I've purchased from Appelboom several times, and their customer service has always been excellent. They respond quickly, kindly, and—most importantly—with deep knowledge of the world of fountain pens.

One of the greatest added values Appelboom offers is their nib tuning service. If a fountain pen is already a piece of craftsmanship, a custom-tuned nib takes the writing experience to an entirely new level. You can tell the nibmeister not only has great technical skill but also a special sensitivity to adjust the flow, smoothness, and line to your personal preferences. It’s an art in itself.

I highly recommend Appelboom, especially to those who are not just looking to buy a pen, but to enjoy a truly tailored writing experience.

Great pen, super communication and quick delivery

My little Kaweco Toyama Teal arrived promptly and is even prettier in real life. Nice smooth medium nib, and I couldn't be happier with both shopping experience and shipping.

Fast delivery , Super friendly service .Always a pleasure to do business with Appelboom

I have just bought very special, premium writing instruments from Appelboom through the E-shop. First of all the web pages are informative, containing excellent photographs of each pen. The selection of premium pen brands is one of the largest I have come across, as a long time pen collector. Browsing the Appelboom pages is worthwhile. The fullfillment of the order is best in class. What one would expect today from a top player in its field of business. Overall Appelboom is a must adress for every serious pen collector.

Super fast delivery and the items were very securely and lovingly packaged. Even a query from me was answered very quickly and kindly. I am super satisfied with the entire purchasing experience and very happy with my new writing instrument and the ink.

Very nice people, super fast delivery, the products hade been lovingly wrapped and arrived in perfect condition.
Definitely will shop there again.

Appelboom is to be very trusted for a number of reasons.
1. I always get what I ordered.
2. I receive my orders very promptly.
3. Their prices are competitive if not lower than many competitors.
4. They carry a large selection of products to select from.
5. They are a pleasure to work with.
6. They are helpful and trustworthy.

I could go on but I hope pen collectors and enthusiasts can figure out just about every other positive to add to my list.

I can’t recommend Appelboom enough. I have now bought six pens from them. The pens are all of the highest quality but even more impressive is Appelboom's courtesy and care. They have been quick to respond to all of my questions and the pens were sent immediately upon being ordered. Everything arrived safely and beautifully packaged. Appelboom is now my go to for all things related to writing. Thank you.

It is always a pleasure ordering pens from Appelboom! They are always courteous and send out pens as soon as practicable! They are my first choice when buying pens and accessories! Their nib work and engraving are top notch as well! Appelboom’s dedication to the pen community is noteworthy and much appreciated

The ordering process was nice and smooth. The package arrived intact and the items in it were packed very neatly. After I contacted the shop, they replied very quickly. When buying from Appelboom, one can truly see how much they respect their clients and how they value quality.

I highly recommend choosing Appelboom as a reliable and high-quality option when considering buying a fountain pen or a related product like ink, paper, etc.

Goede service en bestelling snel in huis. 1 artikel bleek niet op voorraad te zijn, na 1 telefoontje kon het direct omgewisseld worden en werd het dezelfde dag nog verzonden.

I had the best experience today at the German Pen Show in Hamburg. I bought two beautiful Dominant Industry inks and had a really nice chat. Thank you guys for making me very happy today!

I wanted a new fountain pen in order to try an oblique medium nib. The pen I chose from Appelboom's site was in stock but not with that nib size, so I sent photos of me holding a pen, and Mr. Joost Appelboom had their nib specialist, Anabelle Hiller, grind the nib to the size I wanted, adjusting it uniquely for how I hold my pen. The wait for this service was approximately two weeks. Appelboom sent me tracking, and once the pen left Holland it arrived to the U.S.A. in a few days, beautifully boxed and wrapped. After writing a few sentences it became my favorite; I have dreamed of a pen like this.

I have not found any other pen seller with their own nib master for customizing pens. Appelboom also offers their nib master’s service for free to “Tune & Smooth” the nibs of many fountain pens they sell. It’s a choice one makes at checkout. The pen I bought would have cost me substantially more in the USA. I was impressed that the director and owner of the company himself, Mr. Joost Appelboom, e-mailed me back and forth to help me get the nib I wanted. I like to purchase from a company with a passion for its own product, and this is evident in Joost’s many pen videos. I like watching him interview pen specialists from all over the world on his YouTube channel, “Appelboom Pennen.”

I looked online at many pen sellers. Appelboom stood out as the best choice because of its large selection, its nib-customizing service, its excellent prices and reputation, its newsletter, its website’s helpful information sections, as well as Joost Appelboom’s well known presence in the international pen community. My experience with Appelboom has been superb, and I recommend this company heartily.
