Appelboom Anmeldelser

I was worried about having such a nice nib as the Custom Urushi ground to a Cursive Italic - I shouldn’t have been. The pen was on time, pristine and writes like a dream. Thank you

Very fast implementation. Super secured shipment, and wonderfully packaged. I think I will use their services more often

I've been buying pens from Appelboom for about two years, and the owner Joost has consistently been a pleasure to deal with. He's kind, professional, and genuinely invested in his customers. Like any business, there have been a few hiccups along the way, but each one was more than likely an honest mistake, and Joost handled it with care. I'll continue to shop here and happily recommend Appelboom to fellow pen enthusiasts. My only recommendation for Appelboom is to provide writing samples when there is any tuning or customization work; that seems like an easy gap to fix.

Absolutely fantastic service. Really expected a longer delivery time as it was delivered overseas and with engraving. I received the delivery a lot earlier and everything was perfect. Will definitely buy from again.

Great service!

Very nice. People who work there are also passionate about the ink and pens as well. Always a good time there.

Appelboom is always awesome! They keep you informed promptly, the prices are excellent, and shipping is fast.

While other pen store companies promised the pen would be delivered sometime in an unknown time Appelboom ordered the pen from the manufacter and had it mailed to me

The Kaweco Sport in burgundy colour have arrived on schedule, well packed and writes beautifully. There's only one con: it has no clip. When I saw it in Appelboom site I think it has a clip and I hope to have the pen with the clip. It was some disappointment when it arrived. But I'm very satisfied with Kaweco Sport pens.

The Leonardo pen came as soon as they had it back in stock. It is such a beautiful pen. Not only does it look amazing, the nib glides along the paper with ease. Such a wonderful experience to write with this pen. I also bought a Lamy turquoise ink with blotting paper to match the pen colour.
There was great communication throughout the whole experience, and tracking updates were often. Dankjewel ! This was my first luxury pen purchase.

Great communication with the store, very quick response time. The package arrived one day after being shipped, to a non-EU European country over DHL.

I recently purchased a Leonardo Momento Magico Foglia GT fountain pen from Appelboom, and I’m delighted with my purchase! The pen is absolutely beautiful, writes wonderfully, and arrived in perfect condition. I was especially impressed with the fast international shipping. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant, and I wouldn’t hesitate to shop with Appelboom again. Highly recommended!

Easy to order. Great communication. Well packed, very secure. Quick delivery. No issues.
Could not be happier.

Appelboom delivers great and thoughtful service. The Lamy Scala with the gold nib writes very smoothly. I recommend giving it a try–at the Appelboom store, of course!

El servicio fue impecable y expedito. Esta tienda virtual es excelente. El pedido llegó muy rápido.

The service was impeccable and prompt. This online store is excellent. The order arrived very quickly.

Excellent customer service. Had a small issue with transport and Joost was kind enough to get actively involved which helped produce a successful delivery. The engraving and custom grinds were all perfect and exactly what I requested. All in all - great products and exceptional service!
