Andrej was a great coach explaining everything with great approach and examples

Trainings are something I thought could never be that fun. Usually you do it because you "have to" or just for the skills sake. But the way Andrej held his training is outstanding. He managed to keep the attention for the whole duration of the training and make it actually entertaining while actually talking sense and teaching you what you need to know. Amazing experience, definitely recommend!

Die Trainings und Coachings sind sehr gut aufgebaut und bieten echten Mehrwert. Besonders positiv sind die klare Struktur, die praxisnahen Beispiele und die motivierende Art der Vermittlung. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die sich persönlich oder beruflich weiterentwickeln möchten.

Das Kanban-Training mit dir war genau die richtige Mischung aus locker, klar und richtig praxisnah. Kein trockenes Methodengerede, sondern viele Beispiele aus echten Kundenprojekten und deiner eigenen Erfahrung – das macht einfach einen riesigen Unterschied.

Man merkt, dass du weißt, wovon du sprichst, und gleichzeitig bleibt es angenehm entspannt. Ich habe einiges für meinen Alltag mitgenommen und direkt ein paar Dinge angepasst.

Hat Spaß gemacht und war wirklich hilfreich. Gerne wieder!

I came to this workshop thinking I already know a lot of things related to Kanban and it's processes (mainly thinking it's only about the setup of the project management board I use at my job), but this really opened my eyes and thought me a lot of new things I could apply the next day for my job. One of the biggest highlights is the teaching approach, which "forces" the trainees to always be active, think with their own head and come to some conclusions with the rest of the trainees. I would recommend Andrej anytime for all those who are eager to learn something new and to really understand the solutions Kanban is bringing to the table.
