The 2 dresses and 3 tops I bought are of outstanding quality and fit perfectly. The colours are beautiful as well. Not only the linen fabric is of high quality, also the designs are very good and the craftmanship outstanding. This is very lightweight but strong linen. Not flimsy or see through. I am placing my next order right now. Worth every penny. ♥️

I haven't gotten my order yet. It has been a month. Is that normal?

Customer service with this company is non-existent. I'm trying to return one of the dresses I've ordered but after creating the return over a week ago I'm still waiting for a link to secure payment for return label. I cannot return without the address on return label and I'm running out of time according to company 14 days return policy. I've emailed them twice but so far no reply.

Very bad expérience. To avoid if you want to be delivered in less than a month.
I made a big order (about 6 pièces) the July 30. And today, September 6 I still haven’t received it.
The customer service is not proactive and let me in this situation without doing anything.

I ordered some clothes for an event and the website showed at check-out that my order would ship when I was still living in my old apartment. I thought my order would ship per what the website said which is why I ordered it. A week goes by and the order never got delivered so I assumed the order was gonna get delayed. This was during my move-out process, so I proactively reached out to customer service to see if they were able to update the shipping address to my new apartment. At this point the order was just submitted and there was no tracking number. They said no problem and that it should go to my new apartment. I moved to my new apartment in the mean time. A few business days later, I checked on the tracking number and it showed it was STILL going to my old address. I brought it up to customer service and they said on their end the address got updated and that tracking numbers aren’t up to date. I told them I never received my package and they ignored me. I have no way of getting that package because my lease ended so even if I were to try to go back to my old address, I have no access to get to the front door. I am literally in a different state now too. They took my money and never gave me what I ordered. Boooooo

Ich warte seit dem 3. August auf meine Ware. Erst auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man einfach zu viel zu tun habe. Zugleich wurde mir zugesichert, dass die Bestellung bearbeitet und innerhalb von zwei Wochen versendet wird. Auch dieser Termin verstrich, ohne dass ich informiert wurde – eine aktive Rückmeldung gab es nicht. Eine erneute Nachfrage meinerseits blieb bisher komplett unbeantwortet. Wer hier eine Ware für sich selbst einplant oder gar ein Geschenk für jemanden gekauft hat, kann sich auf keinerlei verlässliche Angabe verlassen und rechnet quasi ins Blaue hinein. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
Von einem Kauf kann ich daher leider nur abraten.

I am being asked to offer feedback on an item as if I’ve owned it for two weeks now when the item hasn’t even shipped yet. I am excited for the item but I haven’t received any update on the item since it was purchased 15 days ago.

I had to wait a very long time for my order, and unfortunately, the refund for my return also took well over two months. That is simply far too long for me personally, so I won’t be shopping there again. It’s a real shame, because the clothes themselves are actually very nice.

I ordered items some times ago and nothing arrived yet after 2 weeks when they promis to deliver after few days . A part of the confirmation order e mail no communications. Nevertheless if you log in the account there is nothing about shipping, not even the menu to check the order status properly, just a button for buy it again. I hope items will arrive.

I have not yet received my order, nor had an answer to my enquiry as to the status of said order. So far, not so good.

This is a beautiful linen pajama set. It arrived in a reasonable time and is very high quality breathable linen. Would have been 5 stars but there was a small snag in the fabric on the arm.

Sur le site internet il est écrit que la commande est envoyée sous 5 jours. Elle a mis plus de 10 jours à être envoyée sans que des nouvelles me soient donnée
Je souhaite renvoyer une partie de ma commande car trop grande et impossible d’obtenir un bon de retour 😡😡 ça ressemble franchement à de l’arnaque

I love my linen robe so much. I literally live in it. It's so comfortable. It took a while to ship but it was worth the wait.

I bought 2 robes and they are very well made with quality materials. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase. These robes are a great quality.
