Working with ROVE was a TOP NOTCH experience! The clothing is not just beautiful, elegant, and classy; it is also very unique! I purchased the SUNCHASER dress in light blue and it’s absolutely perfect!! I am 5’9”, 175# & 36C. The XL fits like a dream. For reference, I usually order a medium or large in most other brands. I followed the size chart and it was true to size.

Customer service was really impeccable, wish all online stores were like that! I was unsure about the sizing but almost all fit like a glove. I sent one dress back with a return label i got from their website and my refund came through really fast.

I love this brand!! I have ordered a few items now and have always had a great experience. My last dress was pre-ordered as it was out of stock, but they kept me updated and arrived perfectly.

I keep coming back for more colors because I wear them all the time and they just feel so nice. Never had issues with refunds or email replies.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I submitted a return and have not received my refund and this company has ghosted me - it has been weeks and I’ve sent three follow up emails and they are not responding. They seem to plan on keeping my $500+ dollars and I’m going to have to pursue legal action to get it back.

I've ordered probably 10 times over the years because the quality is always so great. I've exchanged a couple of times to different colours but usually get my size right first go.

Updated: I did finally receive a refund.
They acknowledged receipt of my return, only to ghost me on a refund. It's been 3 weeks since they received my returned item (which took FOREVER for them to receive... oddly). And now nadda. No refund. my requests (no phone # is available) via email have been ignored.

Beautiful quality and fit. I’d been considering buying from here for ages after seeing them on Insta - finally did at last. Their dresses are beautiful. I’m a size 10 and their size 10s are a perfect fit for me. Will be ordering more.

I was hesitant at first as I didn’t know which size to pick but the whole experience was such a positive surprise!
I wish more online fashion stores were like this - I got instant help via the chat re sizing and when I wanted to exchange one of the pieces as I prefer a smaller fit, it was free and super quick!

I ordered summer sets and love them, the colours are beautiful ! I returned one, the process was easy and the service was great!

The team have had my return in the warehouse for nearly three weeks. I’ve emailed them constantly to get my refund processed. I had 5 items returned which was over $600 and they only processed $119. Then I’ve had to email again to get confirmation that the rest of the refund was being processed. I have had minimal to no response from anyone. I even said I am going to call fair trading because they haven’t refunded the rest of my money. Their customer service is shite. It’s like no one knows anything. It’s hard when there is no contact phone number and have to rely on email. Still no response to the rest of my refund. I honestly will not buy from this company again. The lack of customer service is appalling. Don’t expect to be refunded anytime soon….

The item arrived and the color was very different than pictured. I had to make a return, and was charged a $10 return fee even though this wasn’t due to change of mind — it was due to misleading advertising of color on their website.

Additionally, my return arrived back to them over two weeks ago and I have yet to receive my refund. The materials may be quality, but the shopping experience itself is poor. Buyer beware if online shopping.

I ordered sunchaser dress during the weekend (EU website), on Tuesday it was sent and on Thursday I already received It! The delivery was super fast, the quality of a dress is amazing! I will for sure order more clothes from your website, I'm in love with this brand :)

IN LOVE!! Even though I’m 5 months pregnant and feeling like a blowfish, I’ve never gotten so many compliments or felt so comfortable and beautiful in these dresses. I have the Alma dress in the terracotta red and loved it so much my mother bought me the yellow …..but think I might need the black and white versions too 😅

Loved the dress I ordered, colour as well as fabric, but the fit was slightly off unfortunately. Will definitely order again though, beautiful clothing and truly excellent customer service (e-mailed with Zoe and she responded very friendly and quick). Trustworthy site!
