The main urn was not as pictured on the website. The photo showed the name and dates inscribed directly on the urn which would've made it feel more elegant and personal. Instead they included a metal plaque with peel and stick tape engraved with the name and dates. I feel the peel and stick tape will not last for a long time as one would like for a loved ones remains. We would have reconsidered our order had we known it was being falsely represented in the photos.

For clarity, direct engraving on the urn is our standard option. The handmade engraved metal plaque is an optional upgrade that must be actively selected during the ordering process. In this case, the upgraded plaque option was selected with your order.
We also provide clear product photos on our website showing both personalization styles so customers can clearly see the difference before making their selection. That said, we understand that preferences can feel different once seen in person, especially for something so meaningful.
We were not contacted about this concern prior to the review, but we have since reached out directly to discuss it and explore possible solutions. We are always happy to help and encourage customers to contact us right away so we can make things right.

Your order was originally placed with 3–5 business day shipping. After learning you needed it sooner, we upgraded the shipment to 2-Day Air at no additional cost to ensure it arrived as quickly as possible.
Regarding the engraving, our team noticed a discrepancy in the original submission and contacted you before production to confirm the correct details. We only proceeded after receiving approval on the finalized engraving proof.
We’re also sorry to hear that one of the keepsake urns arrived with a chip. That is certainly not the standard we aim for.
We have already reached out to you directly to address this and ensure it is fully resolved. We truly care about every family we serve and remain committed to making this right.
I ordered a set of five urns
I ordered a set of five urns, one large and four small with a complimentary necklace. Everything except the lid on the large one were in excellent condition. The lid was chipped, I reached out to the company, with the information they provided in the sympathy card. No response, eventually Dave reached out to me and said that they don’t check that email often and apologized for the late response. I let him know that it was the email they provided on the enclosed sympathy card. This is now updated. I also apologized for my very rude comments in my 2nd email after no response. Unfortunately, when you lose someone, my husband in this case, grief made me say things that were unlike me. Dave was very helpful and compassionate! He sent me another lid and also provided me a phone # for William (the owner). I received the lid and same situation as the 1st. I spoke with William and he was very kind, compassionate and helpful, he sent me another one, same thing. William and I discussed how cold it was in Michigan (below zero), and the fact that the package was on a freezing cold UPS truck. William waited for warmer temperatures to send another one and it’s perfect! I am so pleased with how Dave and William handled this with such care and compassion! Bonus was that they sent me a BEAUTIFUL necklace, that I wear daily. I informed my children, that when my time comes, that this is the business that they should use, knowing that they will be well taken care of. I recommend them 💯!! Thank you for all that you’ve done to support me during this difficult time, I appreciate you both ❤️

I ordered the 4 keepsake urns non…
I ordered the 4 keepsake urns non personalized and the personalized necklace along with the large urn with 4 keepsake urns and 2 personalized necklaces. When they arrived 2 of the necklaces were not personalized I sent an email and the next morning I received a phone call in response to my email. Americurn is making it right by sending me the necklaces personalized right out. I even offered to mail back the 2 non personalized necklaces and they said I didn’t have to as they did not want to inconvenience me with having to mail them back. I highly recommend AmericUrn. They are very beautiful urns. I have gotten many “Ooh that is so beautiful” and “Ooh momma would love that urn”. The cherry on top is the amazing customer service and the speed of delivery.

My mom recently passed away unexpectedly and I researched so much about where is the best place to get an Urn. And then I came across this company who is absolutely amazing. I didn't know when I filled out the papers that I didn't put an email down so I was trying to find that information so I could track it. As soon as when I left him an email they contacted me and I'm not even lying to you within one minute. And they were so kind gave me all the information and told me when it was going to be there. I would highly recommend this company. I'm glad I chose them and I researched and I did write by my mom because they did such a beautiful job it was so quick beautifully done and made. After my Mom passed I was devastated
After my Mom passed I was devastated. After I received the urn I noticed the wrong dates. I called immediately and emailed. They got back to me right away! They sent out a replacement urn. I worked with William and he was so nice and helpful with making sure I got the correct urn with the correct dates! He made sure I was taken care of during this whole process!

Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and nice. They work with me from beginning to end. Explaining everything to me from product information, to ordering my purchase. They were very patient with me. The only problem was the top of the urn had a few scratches on it. The urn is beautiful, and the price was great. Urn purchase
The urn came beautifully packaged in a velvet pouch and that was in a velvet box. The urn itself is just as pictured on website and beautiful. It took approximately 2 weeks from order date to delivery date. Very satisfied.

I ordered a set
I ordered a set, it's very nice. However during my grieving & crying while filling out what was to be engraved I failed to notice that the last 'd' in dad was missing. One would think that a courtesy call could have been made to verify the engraving knowing that people are grieving and maybe not thinking clearly. Then when I called they offered to replace them at half price. I understand you're a business needing to make money but I didn't need a second set of Urns.

I had some confusion at first
I had some confusion at first, thought I got the wrong pendant and when I called it was a muffled voice saying something and I thought i had been scammed. Later that day I got six calls all filtered as spam, so I figuredni was in trouble, but turns out it was just Americurn trying to make things right, or in this case, have me look in the right spot. Nice work from them, persistent to make sure I saw something that was my mistake. Thank you, and 100% recommend.
