Personalised Cremation Urns 

Losing a much loved pet is so upsetting. When you find the perfect thing to remember and treasure the memories it can help. I placed the order online, received a confirmation email, another email to say the item would arrive next day and a final email to confirm the item had been dispatched. It arrived next day.
The item was exactly as described, was packaged very well and is of good quality. It is such a relief to find a company does what it says it will.

I have attempted to reach this company twice through email and twice through their online website. Merchandise was ordered on April 25, 2015. Never received anything!!!! The memorial is over, the ashes are spread and still no response from this company. It has been a very unpleasant experience at a time when I didn't need this trouble. My credit card was charged approximately $70.00 more than the order and have had no response to that issue either. Very UnHAPPY

Scrolled the internet for reasonably priced keepsake urns found this one and would recommend it to anyone.

We agonised for quite a while before choosing a beatiful urn.
We then ordered and paid for it online, only to receive an email a day or two later to tell us that the item is out of stock - would we like to choose a different urn or a refund.
No mention of it ever coming back into stock, so we chose the refund - which was provided in a very timely manner.
My disappointment is that the ordering system didn't know it was out of stock - it would have saved us and the company lots of wasted effort.
Luckily, we managed to find the same urn elsewhere.

Delivery was quick, family were very pleased thank you.

Initially , was dissapointed due to delivery being late , However I have now received goods , and I am absolutely delighted with such , I would have no hesitation in acting as a reference for this company , especially if other goods supplied to their customers are of the same quality. .

I wanted to find a something to place on my Mom's grave that wasn't a head stone as we had her ashes interred in a family grave, when i found this website i thought it seemed to good to be true as the prices were very reasonable, when i showed my sister we decided to place an order as the quality looked good too. I was very impressed with the service received our plaque was with us 8 days later and was just what we were looking for. Excellent price and quality.

i recived my black granite stone today one day earlier that expected it is lovely and my mum would be very happy to what i have chosen for her, i would like to thank you for the lovely artwork and good value for money

i was absolutely delighted with the memorial plaque, it was just what i wanted, the ordering was quick and simple and delivery was quick, as for the plaque my mum would be delighted with it as she was not a fussy person she liked things plain and simple, so this plain but dignified plaque will be just right for her in her place in the garden of rememberance and the family are pleased that there is now a plaque to mark her place there, although i hope i never have to do this again, but if i did i would have no hesitation in ordering from here again, many thanks

Very basic, made in China urn, plaque that inscription was engraved on looked like it had been stuck on with adhesive and could be peeled off. Inscription on plaque is hard to read and looks as if it has been done on a machine, definately not hand done. Disappointed but as they say........"you get what you pay for". A beautiful urn would have cost me £200-£300 and I didnt have that kind of money but when I do have that money, I will certainly upgrade. If you want a beautiful urn but dont have the money, save up and wait if you can because the one I got is nothing more than basic and ok, in my opinion.

I was really impressed with the quality of the plaque that I ordered. I thought it might be flimsy, but it is strong and well made. I ordered the plaque on a sunday night and it was with me by the thursday..Really happy with the order for my mum and dads little plot.

I ordered three urns for my mothers funeral each was presented in a lovely box with an engraved plate on the top with the words I had chosen, inside the box was a lovely red velvet pouch with the urn inside, both were lovely quality and I received them within a few days of ordering. I am very pleased with the service and the product and would recommend this company.

Plaque very nice but after requesting delivery for 31/8/12 and it not arriving even after paying £ 18.00 for express delivery, Rang office that pm and told will ring back half hour later no call so rang back for message office now closed.
Monday 3/9/12 Rang office don't know why not sent will ring back, Then told it had not even been engraved and would be dispatached that day for delivery on 4/9/12.
They are returning express delivery charge but that doe's not take into account the 160 mile round trip to go to our Grandsons place where he passed away to place plaque at his memorial tree with other members of family.
This was a very upsetting time as it was the 1st year memorial of our 19th month old grandson who had died in a tragic accident and going back there was hard enough but not having the plaque made it alot harder and will now have to go back without rest of familly
All the office said was sorry and we will refund express delivery.

My mother wanted to keep my father's ashes but did not want the more traditional urn. She was more content with the 'Ascending Dove' scatter tube.

i ordered this urn, originally to put my baby boys ashes in, but on arrival, i was slightly disappointed with the size of the area where u put the ashes, as he was only a tiny baby, i thought it might all fit in but it didnt. when we tried to put the bottom back on we discovered one of the holes where the screws were was too big, therefore the base doesnt fit properly and the ashes kept falling out. i have therefore decided to keep my son in his original urn and keep this as a keepsake as it is really pretty and i love is plaque on the front.

I ordered the new Plaque for my brother and was looking for something was at a reasonable price but still looked the part. The pictures on the web-sight don't do the items justice as when i opened the box i was so over whelmed, the image and the writting on the plaque were just perfect. The delivery was very quick also and the plaque was very well wraped. Thank you so much.

i purchased keepsake urn, waited in on day they said item would be delivered so organised for ashes to be buried next day, i got an e-mail on the day it was meant to be delivered saying the item was not in stock, a wrong box was in its place on shelf! so to add to grief, i had to cancel burial of ashes, untill a replacement could be sent, a company supposedly specializing in cremation urns etc should under no circumstances be so laxadasical in the way they sell there items, deaths are hard enough to deal with without added stress.tuesday is new delivery date, i am not confident it will arrive on tuesday, plus the fact of having to wait in all day as no time frame given for delivery so 2 wasted holidays to boot, very unhappy indeed.

The black granite plaque I ordered was well protected and packed and arrived within the time scale.
The plaque itself is faultless, the lettering and images perfect.
