I had ordered my mother in laws urn and when I received it it was beautiful and perfectly made. Unfortunately the date she had passed was wrong but that wasn’t on them that was on me and I reached out letting them know the date wasn’t right and she was supposed to pass that date I had on there originally. So they sent me an email stating they could remake for 50% off and that was a relief for the family and myself. They are truly a blessing and wonderful people and my new urn was replaced for my mother in law. They said they were very sorry for having to go through the loss and they were appreciative of me sharing my story with them and they were compassionate in every aspect of it. Truly good company

Hopefully you will never need the services of a company like this, but if you ever do AmericUrn is the one I'd choose. The customer care tean is amazing. They contact you several ways to address any issues and to make sure you are satisfied with the products. Shipping is right on schedule.

My boyfriend passed away and I had questions about their urn's and prices. AmericUrn was awesome in answering all my questions. When I received the urn package, it was so well wrapped! It came in a beautiful velvet box, and inside the beautiful velvet box was a beautiful velvet bag. Inside the beautiful velvet bag was the most lovely urn! Inside the large, lovely urn there were four smaller urns. They were also wrapped inside their own beautiful velvet bags! I cannot tell you how happy I am with this purchase. They came quickly and were very reasonably priced. I am so impressed.

We absolutely love the beautiful urns and necklaces. The personalization adds the final touch. At first we thought the engraving would be better on the opposite side of the graphic but the placement is perfect on the side. It is positioned to see both sides when sat at an angle. Products that I received from AmericUrn were beautiful well crafted, sturdy and exactly what I thought I would receive. The delivery time was great. I received them before the body was cremated. And they went above and beyond to make sure that all of my orders got to me in a timely fashion. And they offered a special gift keepsake. They stand on their word. I couldn’t ask for more and the price was excellent.

They called me back on a Sunday, that is not even their hours. I received these beautiful urns and necklace within 4 days. William was very polite and thoughtful

We were thankful we found AmericUrn website. My wife died suddenly and we needed to find an urn that would best describe her life. Our daughter found the exact urn we needed with extras. The extras included four mini urns and an engraved necklace to hold some of her ashes. The price including shipping was very reasonable. The beauty and quality was exceptional.

Good price and good quality

When ordering an urn for my aunts Celebration of Life I spoke with William because I was concerned that on the site some of the lettering appear in the decorative doves. He assured me that they would adjust the font size to fit the urn without it appearing in the doves. And true to his word it was perfect. And any questions or concerns he handled them right away.

Order an urn for my wife’s remains on Friday. Stated would ship next business day. They waited till the following Wednesday to ship and did not arrive in time even though I was assured it would through customer service. Virtually impossible to reach them by phone.You would think that they do this enough to get this to someone in 5 business days. Just a horrible experience.

I would say at least 10 stars if I could! They were wonderful! I made a mistake on the engraving and asked for options. They were sympathetic and very caring. They gave me the option of replacing the urn for cost. I couldn’t have been happier and they were very understanding. Don was a great representative who I felt really cared about my horrible situation! For a very unhappy situation, they fixed it beautifully! Thank you very much!!

Product came out beautifully. Extremely happy!!!!! The lettering on the mini urns could of been a bit larger but im still happy with the whole package. Delivery was quick also. Thank you AmericUrn!!!!

Absolutely Beautiful ! More than I expected.

The service was fast and dependable. One little problem... one of the pull strings on one keepsake urn pouch has pulled loose from the bonnet that attatches the two strings. If you could see you way to send another pouch I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Thomas Lemanski

Fast efficient service and quality is totally awesome, customer service is second to nonesnd they always follow through with the purchase even after delivery.

Somehow, I ended up ordering three urns, which I definitely don’t need. I’m not that big, so one will suffice.😂😂😂 Both of the gentlemen that I talked to were very kind and receptive and help me finish the exchange or return of the two urns I didn’t want.

Bad quality items and poor communication

The ordering process was so easy. After getting a email with confirmation I noticed a date mistake and called to correct. The customer service agent was so nice and helpful. My picture I picked of my mom and dad was old and not too clear, they must of used AI or computer to fix it and it came out gorgeous. The double urn was the nicest one in the cemetery. All family and friends raved about the quality of the wood and how nice the lettering and picture looked. At this stressful time I was so happy with my experience overall. Thank you!
