The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. They took the time to ensure that pictures were taken of car [Toyota] for the company and I as the customer. This was to ensure that boundaries were identified and both sides knew exactly what the starting point of the vehicle to be worked on. They listened to what I had to say and took the time to look at concerns regardless of how minimal and always ensured that I was informed of what steps they were going to take and kept me updated; the car was even taken back in to complete a small job at a convenient time for all! The service, for my first experience with Alton cars was extremely positive due to the personal touch of all involved. Thanks to all the staff for making a difficult time easy and smooth! 11690

Repairs
The only thing I would say that could do with improving is communication about how long your vehicle will take to be repaired other than that really good company and the work carried out is amazing you wouldn’t even know it has been fixed. 11579
