Everyone made such a stressful thing so easy. The two girls at reception were lovely and helped me all the way and answered any questions i had thoroughly and accurately ! And when I went to pick my car up it was no hassle, easy and very friendly. Thank you so much guys!! ID 13173

Everything was very good from start to finish…,apart from it is very difficult to get through to your staff either by email or phone to find out when your vehicle will be returned. Tried several times by both methods and it was impossible! Finally got through and response was great.

Brilliant service. I am really happy with my car it looks brand new. 13123

Happy my car didn't get written off after getting crashed into.
Couldn't be happier with the outcome of the repairs.
Looks as good as new and hasn't been this clean with the car valet since I bought it.
Friendly staff, kept me updated on the ETA of repairs while waiting on a part, even recommended some other garages near me when I enquired about a future wetbelt replacement.
10/10 would highly recommend. 13040

Great experience with Alton Cars. Damage to my car was completely repaired and looks great. They ran things very smoothly. I was able to use a courtesy car while my car was with them which was very helpful. Also great communication throughout.

Very efficient, reception staff pleasant to talk to, car was spotless on pick up and very satisfied with the damage repair. 12965
