Very helpful and quick service
Very helpful and quick service. I went to get a quotation for an insurance claim and was in and out in about 20 mins at most. The location is easy to find. Update: I just collected my car this morning after having the bodywork done and I am really pleased with the result. Great service and the car was spotless on collection - very happy. My car was damaged in an accident. The insurance company referred me to this workshop. The car was supposed to be ready in a maximum of 3 weeks… but I only collected it after 2 months. It was meant to be safe and ready for the road. Just a few minutes after leaving the garage, every warning light on the dashboard lit up. It was already after closing time (5 minutes past 5 pm) and no one was answering the phone. I drove to a friend’s garage and it turned out the problem was a flat battery. The fault codes had simply been cleared with a diagnostic computer before I collectthe car. The tyre pressures were below 2 bar, which shows the car hadn’t been checked before being handed over after such a long time — creating a real risk of an accident. The garage claimed they take no responsibility because “they don’t check the cars”… a joke.
The next day I inspected the vehicle properly and called to complain: peeling trim (the car had new rear doors fitted and the entire side resprayed), a rear window that wouldn’t close properly, and paint on the seals, paint chips in the lacquer and a wavy. Damage door seals, etc
I complained about the quality of the repairs two more times, and each time the situation was the same. To this day the car still has defects from the incomplete repair, and the garage continues to avoid responsibility. I do not recommend this garage. Poor quality of work and treating customers with contempt seem to be their motto.

My car was fully repaired and it’s well enticing. However, I’m disappointed in that they failed to give me a courtesy car for all the 14 days my car was in service and they kept telling me it’s subject to availability and there was none available at the moment
