Was very impressed with the First class service provided. When a delay on occurred with parts delivery, I was notified early and provided with an updated forecast of when the work would be completed and it was ready as expected. A further visit was required after collection and Dom was extremely helpful providing a very satisfactory, swift resolution. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sheffield Alton Cars. Tony Wass was the guy who dealt with it from the beginning and he was brilliant, informative and really friendly approach. He answered a lot of questions I had and kept me in the loop about the repairs throughout and so helpful, I am so glad he was there at the time because he put my mind at rest the whole time and I am confident that the repairs have been carried out to a high standard. You need more workers like him because he is great! Also a mention to the lady on reception who would ring me and keep me up to date about the repairs and ETAs she was so professional and friendly on the phone. (Apologies I didnt receive her name) but she is a young blonde lady who I saw the morning I picked up my repaired car too as she was on the desk and again so friendlt and professional. Thank you for my brilliant experience I would definitely recommend your service and staff to friends and family all day long!
