Great product and easy size exchange

This company is pure bullshit.
I was due a refund of $52.
They emailed me, offering 20% of that amount.
I said no.
Then they emailed me, offering $34.
I said no.
Then they emailed offering $45.
I said no.
Then they emailed me, finally offering the $52.

Ordered a dress from Allegra K. Took forever to ship. About 3 weeks and that was with $7.99 shipping. The dress colors were way off. Nothing like the pictures. Pictures had vibrant beautiful colors. The dress I got was muted and dark colors. I paid $40 for the dress but got a $9.99 Temu dress

Also, our spring and summer styles are intentionally designed with lightweight and breathable fabrics for comfort, rather than heavier materials.

The return process is so difficult
The return process is so difficult. The item did not work out for me and I can’t get customer service to issue a full refund for the items even though I am willing to return and ship both items and they are in original condition. Customer service just wants to refund $20 for 1 item and is processing return for 1 item. I would not buy from this place given that most people buy multiple sizes and colors to see what works best. This is not the place to try out and keep what works.

The long sleeve leopard blouse
