Shipping time was decent and the products were good quality.

I had a dispute with them over a return but they eventually settled it amicably.

Overall, good experience.

Got the part faster than expected. I had to reach put because I made a mistake and after a couple of emails, service was great.

needed copper crush washers no one seemed to have the size i needed and would have costed alot as the only place i could find them is in Europe and on here it was 3x cheaper on Harfington took a bit like 2 weeks but i did get what i paided for and they worked great. not sure about big stuff but for small stuff this site isn't bad.

Do not order their plastic display cases. No instruction on how to put it together. Screws supplied with screw caps to put case together do not work. I ended up scotch taping my case together. I would of packaged it all back up to return but I needed a cases ASAP to cover a statue my wife bought me. Not worth the money for the cases.

Wrong material was accidently ordered. Asked to return items but was met with a 30% re-stock fee as advertised under their return Policy. Settled with a 60% refund and got to keep the material incase there is a need for them in the future.

I ordered 60 diamond coated 7/32 dremel bits for sharpening chainsaw chains between 2 orders. I received 5/32 bits on the first order…I thought I did something wrong so I got online to order 40 more…the correct size this time double and triple checked and 2-3 weeks later another shipment of 5/32 arrived…What is going on here?!…

The item that arrived was not exactly the one I ordered, although it was close. I contacted them to see if I could get the correct item and they said that unfortunately, it's not available anymore.

The Company offered a partial discount, and I said I didn't really want to pay for a product that I don't want and won't use. I told them I'm more than willing to send it back, but it was a small thing, and they ended up simply refunding my money. They were very kind and professional. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is that they weren't able to give me the product I actually had hoped for. But I would certainly deal with this company again!

Unlike another company that's from China without identifying itself as such, this company behaved pleasantly, fairly, and properly, and I had several pleasant contacts directly with their customer service ladies. (The other company cheated and intentionally committed fraud.) As I said, I would definitely deal with the Harfington Company again!

When the product I received did not cohere with my understanding of the description, and therefor with my needs, I contacted Harfington to explain. I was promptly issued a full refund, including shipping. I am happy to do business with such a company.

Got help straight away after tracking number did not work.

I accidentally ordered the wrong ball bearing and although they only offered me a 30% refund, I replied to challenge it for a 95% refund and they generously agreed.

New company to me, it seems to be doing everything right so far.

I had scoured the web and had pretty much given up finding a seemingly obscure & illusive VW coolant pipe. Then my AI sent me to them and sure enough, they had the part for me for a fantastic price and it shipped pretty dang quick!

Easy to make an order. Quickly delivered. These HT leads look very smart on my Harley. Competitively priced too!

What made this company great was the superb customer service offered by Betty, without whom I would have cancelled my order at an early stage some 4 to 5 weeks ago.

I would not recommend ordering from Harington. I purchased their bronze magnetic door stoppers and was immediately disappointed when they arrived tossed in a cheap, tacky bag with multiple pieces already scratched up right out of the package. The quality and presentation felt very unprofessional.

What frustrated me even more was the return process. The listing clearly stated “30 day free returns,” but when I tried to return them, I was suddenly told they were non-returnable because they were sold by a third-party seller and the order was over $50. That information was nowhere on the website or product listing when I purchased them.

After having to fight the issue, I was eventually refunded for both orders. Honestly, the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because they eventually made the refund right.

Between the poor packaging, scratched products, and inconsistent return policy, I will not be doing business with this company again.

Dropping it down to one star because they trying to defend their sloppy business and corrupt return policy even though it’s not on the website. I would have happily mailed them back like I first said but was not given a return label. I’ll happily send photos of the damaged product. Or I’ll ship it back. No problem. Send me labels and ship the products in boxes instead of sloppy bags due to the exact reason you just said about the materials getting damaged during shipping. Unbelievably terrible company.
