I ordered 4 dresses. The quality was really great for all the dresses. I had sizing problem with 2 dresses. I needed to return those 2 dresses. The customer service was great. The response was quick. The other two dresses fit prefect. The fabric was great quality. The dresses are very nice and flowy. I am so happy with my purchase

I purchased a bath mat from Bed Bath & Beyond sold by Allegra K:
Towel Cotton Banded Bath Mat, Reversible Step Out Soft Plush Bath Rug Absorbent Rug for Hotel Spa Bathtub Mat, Item #:43899103, and it is thin and soft. A good cotton bath mat is thick and has a sturdy texture so that it can take the wear and tear of being a bath mat. The one I have by Royal Velvet has lasted for years.
The issue is that I already paid $6.99 for shipping to me trusting that BB&B has quality items. I didn't realize it was 3rd party seller.
When I asked to return it, Allegra K wants me to pay for return shipping which would be about $10. So, I'm supposed to pay $17 for shipping for a product I don't want?
Don't buy from them, the quality isn't good and the shipping costs are ridiculous.
p.s. I contacted BB&B who basically said, too bad for you. I won't be shopping with them anymore either.
It's not surprising they closed all their stores if they're going to provide subpar customer service.

Caution: The 30-day free return promise is not entirely the full story. While the customer service agent I worked with was very polite and pleasant, it took three tries to finally obtain an agreement to refund the product cost (I ate the shipping cost). I understand the store’s preference that we opt to exchange instead but in this case there was a very specific reason for our order and the product did not arrive in time, and it did not meet expectations (fit differently than it looked like on the pictures). I think the store should not promise 30-day free returns if that is not actually practiced. The return policy should be a clear and honest up front.

I ordered two jackets from Allegra-K. They were good quality, but, unfortunately, they did not fit. I emailed their customer service channel, and after some back and forth negotiation, we reached an agreement to complete the return to mutual satisfaction.

The quality of the clothes materials are very poor but the prices are equally for a great quality clothing and this is why I trust they were a great products but it was deceiving. Then I returned it as instructed to get a refund but it was never refunded. Please do not buy the products from them to avoid stress and disappointment.

Allegra K has great customer service. They were quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and they usually got back to me the next day. Even though they shipped from another country, I thought the package arrived quickly (as long as the items were in stock). Shipping was fast, and everything arrived looking exactly like it did in the pictures online.

Great promotions re return policy.

I have been asked to provide a review. The dress I ordered was too large and I wanted to return it. I contacted customer service as the website directed. I clearly stated that it was not a problem with the item quality. The response I received was a bit of a run-around. First the offer was 30% off a future purchase. Then it was an offer to exchange the item but I repeated that I wanted to return it and have my charge card credited. Finally I was informed that the refund would not reimburse me for shipping costs of the return. But I could realize a flat refund of only $30 of what I had already paid. I have dealt with many online retailers and I have never experienced such a lack of "customer service". I will not shop here again.
