HOSTAGE RETURNS IN EXCHANGE FOR REVIEWS
THEY ARE HOLDING RETURNS HOSTAGE until the customer leaves a five star review. Literally the worst experience ever with a company. 1. Tried to offer 20% return 2. Said return was $68 and they would give $40 back 3. Asked for a screenshot of five star review to process refund.
Specific quote: "Please reply with a screenshot of your review and we'll process your refund."
After this review they finally gave me my full refund.
Shady as hell.

Great customer service looking for growth and ideas
The website is great, the clothes didn't match the cut or quality I was hoping for - but they can always go to a different maker, which I bet they will. I'm here to talk about their customer service. They were VERY attentive, responsive, wanting to make good, intelligent changes to their business. They were honorable and still want to know how to make their business better. Inaccurate Marketing
The item I order, a 3/4 sleeve t-shirt (x3) was written up on the website as being made up of 30% cotton. The t-shirts that arrived have no cotton in them and are made from polyester, rayon and spandex. Very disappointed.
The fabric composition label on all three of the shirts I bought state, "60% Polyester, 35% Rayon, 5% Spandex." No mention of any cotton.
