Commandé une lampe de plongée dont il manquait la pile rechargeable et son chargeur. Impossible de revenir sur le site vendeur. Ça ressemble à de l’arnaque, sauf que le colis est arrivé rapidement.

I bought a dish drainer for £17 61 and on the picture it has dinner plates on top layer but in actual fact dinner plates dont fit in the rack it's only side plates that fit so item is not as described I have asked several times for return label but never had a response so I opened a dispute with PayPal and the seller gave them an address to return it and it's China and it was going to cost me £18+ to return it at my expense I would have thought as it was alipay UK it would have been an address in England ,this item is no more use than a chocolate teapot and I will never order from alipay again just ripoff sellers

Warensendungen die aus Bremen kommen, müssen auf eigene Kosten, trotzdem sie beschädigt sind, nach China, statt nach Bremen zurück geschickt werden. Dies ist ein Verstoß gegen unser BGB gemäß § 439 Abs. 2. Diese Firma sollte deshalb sanktioniert bzw. vom europäischen Raum ausgeschlossen werden!

J'ai commandé 3 grilles de rasoir avec couteaux pour rasoir Braun, bien livrées. Et 2 sachets de 3 grilles non fournis ! livraison à la place: 2 petits sachets de griffes pour soutient gorges !!! aucun moyen de retours !
La prochaine foi je me méfierai de AliExpress avec leurs Site Chinois sans adresse .

Méfiez vous grave ! polo Lacoste douteux. Colis non reçu et fin de non recevoir d'alipay et du vendeur d'aliexpress pour tout remboursement ou renvoi. Gadgets très mauvaises qualités...Des arguments fallacieux, on se retrouve face à l'arbitraire.

Arnaque complète: colis non livré et impossible de se faire rembourser par PayPal. La Societe de livraison « colis privé » reconnaît oralement la perte du colis mais NE VEUT PAS l’écrire pour que je me fasse indemniser. ALIPAY aurait été indemnisé par colis privé mais me répond que le colis a été livré (donc ne veulent pas me rembourser) alors que eux ont été remboursés. On marche sur la tête, tout est fait pour le client soit floué….

I ordered 3 under counter light bars. 2 were broken. I used Paypal to pay. I asked for Paypal to intervene in April. Now May 23rd and Alipay finally responded that they will refund my money if I pay to mail back the items. It would cost me more money to mail than the lights are worth. This company can't be trusted. TRUST ME!

Ware passt nicht, ware kam aus Bremen, aber ich soll es nach China schicken!!!

MY EXPERIENCE, I WORK FROM HOME AND WAS TOLD MY PACKAGE/ORDER WAS DELIVERED....NOT! THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES. Order placed in February 2023.

seller is cheater , selling me item never asked, I disputed , want me to return item from usa to china.

I did not get my money during the lunar year event disappointed that I spent all that time for nothing. I had $20 in my bank and it just all disappeared.

Do not trust Alipay. They sent the wrong item and make it as difficult as they can to give a refund. Nothing short of internet robbery, please do not trust them.

Ainsi Alipay Europe n'est pas en Europe mais en CHINE, ce qui rends le retour accepté d'un objet qui ne fonctionne pas très problématique vu le prix des frais d'expédition pour ce pays quand l'objet ne coûte que quelques Euros. "Satisfait ou remboursé" qu'ils disent, ils ne prennent donc pas de risque. Bien vu l'argument de confiance et le paiement par Paypal. Boutique Five star sécurity, facture 16,76€ N° 3019883991347562 du 28/11/2022. sonnette vidéo sans fil. Bref argent perdu malgré Paypal.

This company is a disgrace!

I purchased a plaque from them in August of this year, I am not sure of the exact date. It arrived very well packaged. On opening there were dents and scratch marks underneath the plastic film. This was clearly sub standard when it was packed for despatch. I contacted them they offered a part refund which i refused as this was a gift. I asked for a replacement and a label to return it. I was ignored several times. I then put a claim via Paypal but had to return the item to China (was my belief) at my own cost within a specified time. I was on holiday so could not and therefore lost all my money as Paypal re charged me because I had no tracking for the return. I sent photos of the damaged goods and requested numerous times for a replacement.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Been using Alipay since 2008. I am aware that there are some complications and restrictions for users residing outside of China. But their services are generally easy and fast.

This is a very bad company!!! Stay away from them. they don´t send produkt only take your money!!!!!!!!
