they are scammers, carefull of the transactions with them u buy something that cost 100 and they will charge u 10% depends...find an alternative, dont let yourself scamed. i ve try to talked to them but u cant get in contact with them ,...u ll just waste your time

J’ai commandé une calandre auto sur le site d’alibaba.
Le prélèvement a été effectué par alipay Luxembourg et je n’ai jamais reçu le colis.
Alibaba ne m’a pas confirmé la commande.
Impossible d’avoir un interlocuteur physique.
Une arnaque totale.

We used Alipay for our trip to Beijing and it worked great. You can set it up before you leave with credit card (used mastercard, amex doesn’t yet work). Do not set up the Touristcard, you don’t need it and it crashed on me. Once you have it set up: with scan, you can scan a merchants QR code and make a payment. Most of the time merchants scan you’re QR code. You generate one with the Pay/Receive button. Worked perfect. The third button is Transport. You can sign up (2-3 clicks) and you can get a QR code for metro (and bus and train - but didn’t use this). In the metro scan your QR code when you enter and when you leave the metro. The other great mini apps: DIDI Travel, for a taxi ride. It’s like an uber. Sometimes you’ll have to give (make a note) the last 4 digits of you phone number. Other app we used was Hello Ride, to use the blue city bikes. Same concept, scan when you start and end you’re ride. Make sure to return you’re bike in a parking area (easy to recognize because other bikes will be standing there). Also the translation button works will. There’s also a currency converter. Alipay was all I used, except for MAPS.ME and Apple Maps for navigation. One big watch out. Our credit card had a maximum of 15 transactions per day (for the account). That’s pretty limiting if you take the subway / bikes. We learned the hard way (we couldn’t pay our dinner one evening) and after that kept track of our transactions and ensured to always have some cash.

Tried to set up AliPay/Tourcard and the app (everything's an app...!) just crashes every time I try and verify with the camera.

Tried to verify using another phone and it got to the end of the process (a miracle, only took 3 hours...). Failed verification. Obviously there was no reason given, so who knows why. I'm past caring.

They ask for a photo of the passport (why can't we just upload an image like the main AliPay app that holidaymakers can't use!?!?), a photo of you, and your UK tax number(!?!). And on my phone it's sloooooowwwwwwwwww.

It's also been reported that your local bank will probably have a hissy fit if you try and use it, so your purchase might be blocked anyway unless you want to spend your holiday calling the bank.

Presumably it needs an Internet connection (i.e. a different SIM) to work, and we don't fart around with rubbish like that on holiday. Not everyone needs the security blanket of connectivity 24-7...

Apparently it's a hassle for vendors to take cash but that's what we'll be doing. Odd that any country would make it so difficult to spend money while on holiday.

Ah well.

A fuir Aliexpress et Alipay déplorable, peu recommandable pour un site qui se veut un minimum sérieux c'est une calamité !

Prendre l' argent lors des achats ça va, mais rembourser on ne sait pas !
Prévenu comme la loi européenne le prévoit dans les 14 jours pour le commerce en ligne, ne respecte pas les loi sur le commerce européen !

Bought something, it never turned up, then couldnt get a refund rather converted into a bonus that had to be used with them - rubbish

I returned a faulty automatic watch that i purchased from ali express. Ali Pay UK ltd requested via PayPal for me to return the faulty watch to a German adress, which I did. The return address is still logged against the case I opened in PayPal.

Two and a half weeks later the faulty watch has been and come back from Germany with a message stating "incorrect address". Simply the address ali pay had advised as the return address does not exist. On Google Street it is a second hand junk store.

All for a £10 refund this giant of a company has lied to me and wasted my time and cost of postage. This company must be run by small minded individuals. Companies like this do not have a long life. To live off peoples misery will bring bad karma to corporates such as this who live off immoral earnings.

"Keep my £10 ali pay. You need it more than I do."

Complete scam. Received an empty box. for the $500 graphics card I ordered. Alipay denies claim and I'm out. Period. I'm working the Paypal angle but not holding out hope. Be forewarned - DON"T USE ALIPAY,

Alipay propose de télècharger une application pour pouvoir payer en Chine via le télèphone portable. Facile a télècharger, en revanche impossible d'aller plus loin. Un service client est proposé mais ne répond pas à vos mails... Une mauvaise plaisanterie...

Non of my orders from alipay have been delivered despite my chasing them for 4 weeks.I believe that is it a fraudulent company!!!

Commande passée à aliexpress le 14/01 via cette plateforme de paiement.Introuvable sur le site du vendeur que l'on ne peut pas contacter.Il s'agit là d'une arnaque bien montée et je m'étonne que rien n'est fait à l'encontre de cette plateforme d'escrocs.NE TRAITEZ JAMAIS AINSI.Véritable honte.

Estafa, no vuelvo a comprar, dicen que te lo están enviando, con dia de entrega y no llega. Cuando reclamas muchas veces te dicen q no hay existencias

Nothing went wrong with my purchase from AlieExpress, products were good and speedily delivered!
HOWEVER, three weeks after those three purchases - - someone attached to the AliPay system removed almost 400,000 awarded bank points from my personal bank account via a PayPal payment, (all three purchese were UNDER $20 each,) from my personal bank account. Aliexexpress needs to clamp down on the thievery going on within their selling system. Sellers are offering ridiculously low price -- not to sell their products to you,,,,but to get access to you bank account information. I was surprised to find out that ONLY the bank account was attacked,but PayPal shows no record of the withdrawal. I strongly recommend to buyers NOT under any circumstance to us PayPal to buy anything outside of the USA!
Overseas criminals have now found a way to directly access our personal bank information and withdraw money in the way of any awarded points from that account WITHOUT PayPal's knowledge. I will never ever us AliExpress again , and have closed my 20 year old plus PayPal account!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Suite à une commande sur aliexpress la societé alipay a tenté de faire 4 retraits sur mon compte paypal pour des sommes depassant 50 000€ heureusement paypal a blpqué et a prevennu ma banque qui a bloqué mon compte

Whenever you check out using a bank card, Alipay compels you to link that card to your Alipay account. No option given.

Website is a piece of juink. Server frequently ‘overloaded’. Whatever you do, be prepared to suddenly have the QR code to download their mobile app pop up with no options to continue the web.

J'ai commandé un nettoyeur à ultrason sur aliexpress, ce système de paiement s'est affiché et j'ai payé avec. Aucune trace de ma commande sur ali, je ne trouve pas comment me connecter sur Alipay pour me faire rembourser. Arnaque totale ou je n'ai pas compris quelque chose?
