My whole experience with Alamour The Label was first class from order to shipment to delivery! The dress was absolutely perfect for Magic Millions Race Day and I was stopped numerous times and complimented on the dress. This will now be my go to place for all my future events ❤️

Delusione, vestito non rispecchia immagine nel sito
Ho acquistato il vestito Karmira da questo sito spinta dalle buone recensioni, ordine effettuato il 24 novembre, essendo un vestito in pre-ordine è arrivato un mese dopo, ma non è questo il problema. Aperto il pacco noto con amarezza che la chiusura nel retro del corpetto del vestito non corrisponde alla foto sul sito, in quest’ultimo viene raffigurata una chiusura nascosta con gancetti, che lo faceva sembrare più elegante e meglio rifinito, invece a me è arrivato un vestito con una pacchiana chiusura a zip color oro, il vestito nel complesso sembra di bassissima qualità! Se sul sito fosse stata rappresentata la vera immagine del vestito non lo avrei comprato, evitando così di pagare 40€ in più, oltre al prezzo indicato per il vestito, tra imposte e spedizione. Sicuramente non vale i soldi che ho speso, non comprerò più nulla da Alamour!

Cheap products and horrible customer…
Cheap products and horrible customer service. Ordered a dress and pjs extra for expedited, came late and the dress looked nothing like the photos. Looked like a cheap curtain. I asked how I go about receiving a return/refund and I’m still having to go back and forth with a person via email for almost a month now. Ridiculous. Waste of money and energy.

Faulty item
Received heels that were bent, the strap along the toe is so tight my sister who is 3 size smaller than me also struggled to get it on. The diamontes are about to fall off. I contacted them and all they could offer me was a store credit. I was advised that Alamour does not offer refunds for faulty items. I ordered with express shipping, shipping time was amazing, however I attempted to explain that I won’t receive the exchange in time for the event but they were very blunt and not very helpful and eager to hang up the phone. I’ve had to source new heels and informed that store credit is only valid for 12 months. I had no intention of returning these heels with an event, but no use for store credit that will definitely expire before I will have a need for it. I’ve ordered from the business before but definitely never again with how unhelpful they have been and a no refund policy even for a faulty item.

Red Carpet Worthy
Absolutely LOVE Alamour The Label. Gorgeous red carpet ready gowns at a fraction of the cost. I’ve purchased three dresses from Alamour The Label, and they never disappoint. I’ve never had more compliments on my dresses before, and they’re all well-made and are just as beautiful in person as in the photos! They’ve also always arrived in a timely manner which is a relief. Bad client Service
Dresses are pretty and fairly well made.
However ATL return policy is extremely wrong and dishonest towards clients. They clearly lack client service,
First of all, it is known that there are no refunds available. You know it when you purchase. You also know you have to pay for shipping the dress back - even internationally. So, yes, be aware.
Until then, everything is fine.
But when you want to use your credit, this is where ATL is very wrong and dishonest:
- You have to use your TOTAL amount in one purchase. Try to get RIGHT ON TARGET and let me know if it is possible. If not, well you end up spending more.
- anyway, it WILL COST YOU as you can't use your credit (which is YOUR MONEY) to pay for shipping
- you also CAN'T take advantage of website promotions, promo codes, if you use your credit. Which, again, is YOUR MONEY. So even if there is an online promotion - like Black Friday - you have to pay FULL PRICE for the items you want in ''exchange''.
They will never give you your money back. They will end up making more money on your back.
Be very careful when you order if you do not want to be stuck ordering something you don't really want just to get rid of this dishonest company.

The reason all store credits are set to be used all at once (by default) is to ensure our customers funds are not being forgotten. Very rude and cold customer service . don’t order from this site... horrible customer service. I tried suggesting ways for the brand to expand itself by modeling on a more diverse range of models and not just white girls with curves and they told me to go and “get a real job“ and “not to worry about it.“ W.T.F🤦🏾♀️.

Worst company I have ever dealt with
Like Belinda (below) I have also had the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered from a company. You can check my reviews- I rarely write anything, so that is saying something.
It started with ordering a ball dress in medium ( I am a size 10). When it arrived I couldn’t get my thighs and butt inside of it. My friend who also ordered a ball dress had the same problem.
We lodged a return, paid out of pocket express post so the item would arrive quickly as the ball was the following weeks. Ordered a replacement in a large, plus an additional dress as I have a wedding coming up also, however store credit would not cover the return shipping, so forked out shipping again. The dress arrived and was too large? How can medium be too small, but large too big? I also gave them feedback about their items not being suitably sized for my body type, and the feedback was “we have many sizes, fabrics and types of dresses. You may need to choose something else”.
So I then applied for another return, paid again for express post as the ball is now next week, and I also still need a wedding guest dress. Went to lodge my return for this large dress and the portal says it will only give me store credit for $17, not the $400 I paid?!!
This is seriously the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t even get me started on the reply emails that are full of insincere statements about priding themselves on customer service, but refusing to give me first of all- a product that fits, second of all, a refund.
Ohh and there’s never enough items available in different sizes, so choices around the small/medium that I would wear are limited.
And you can write here (Alamour) like you did to Belinda and reply that “you came up with a solution that suited both parties, sorry to hear I don’t think that too) but we both know that is a lie, I have written multiple emails to you saying I was very dissatisfied with your solutions and customer service- so stop lying to yourselves.
