WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
Rude customer service and that’s IF they respond to you.
I purchased an in stock dress and after two weeks it had still not been shipped, I reached out to let them know that I was moving house and needed to change my address. No response. A week later I asked to cancel the order, they responded to let me know the item had been packed already so they would cancel the order instead and provide me with a store credit. I responded no and asked them to ship it to the new address. That was a week ago, no response. No refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

I bought an item on sale and due to their error I did not receive the dress and was refunded with no context given.

I followed up and let them know I had missed out on another dress because I had received a confirmation email from them and their response was to tell me to pay an extra 3000 for a dress that I had already bought.

Shockingly appalling conduct.

I’m very happy with my order. The dress is beautiful, the size is perfect and I received it very quickly. Good service!👍👍👍

I purchased my dress 10 weeks ago from their sister company, A&N Luxe label with the promise of a delivery on/by the 3rd December.
Dress not received and when I went to the website it said to reach out to Alamour instead.
The phone numbers listed rang out, and only contact permitted via text WhatsApp, which took a further 5 days to respond.
Despatch then promised by the 19th December, contact made again, a message communicated 8 days later saying no refunds permitted as the dress is being made.
The dress was for my engagement party which is tomorrow, no care or empathy given. Just further communication that I’m
Stuck with the dress whenever it arrives.
So disappointed with the lack of responsibility and care taken to someone who just wanted to receive her engagement dress by the promised date.

J’ai choisis de commander deux robes de cette marque pour un événement qui était très important pour moi, avant de passer commander, j’ai voulu m’assurer que la commande arriverait en temps et en heure pour cet événement, j’ai donc contacter la marque sur Whatsapp qui m’as assurer que oui elle arriverait au bon moment, j’ai quand même sélectionner lors de ma commande le service express qui est facturer en supplément. Il c’est passer que l’une des robes n’est jamais arriver car plus en stock et la deuxième n’est pas du tout arriver au bon moment, moi à l’etranger entrain de chercher un plan C en panique, je n’ai pu réceptionner le colis arriver trop tardivement. Aujourd’hui, 5 mois plus tard, et après une dizaine de mail avec le service client, je n’ai toujours pas était rembourser de ces produits que je n’ai jamais vu et obliger d’entamer une procédure très prochainement contre la marque. Voilà donc si vous avez quelque chose d’important, je vous encourage à choisir une valeur plus sûre. Je vous ferais un update de la situation.

I had a very frustrating experience with Alamour The Label. I ordered a dress 4+ months ago and received little to no communication about my order status. I repeatedly reached out asking for updates and was either ignored or given vague responses that did not answer my questions.

What made this worse was the lack of accountability. I simply wanted to know whether my dress was actually made and when it would ship, especially given the amount of time that had passed. Instead of transparency or urgency, I was met with silence and poor customer service.

For a company selling dresses at this price point, I expected professionalism, clear communication, and respect for customers’ time and money. Unfortunately, this experience caused unnecessary stress, especially since the dress was for an important event.

I would strongly caution anyone ordering from this brand to be aware of the long delays and lack of communication. I would not order again.

I ordered a dress from Alamour The Label in October, specifically because their website clearly stated it would be made and shipped in time for the date I needed it. I relied on that information when placing my order, trusting their advertised timelines.

I followed up multiple times via email with no response. Seventeen days later, the company finally replied — by this point I was already overseas for my 30th birthday, which I had communicated to them several times, explaining I would have limited access to emails and urgently needed updates.

Instead of providing a clear answer, I received an email saying the dress “likely” wouldn’t be ready in time. Not only was this vague and unhelpful, but it was completely unacceptable given that they had already had six weeks since the purchase date. I needed a definitive answer so I could find an alternative, and they failed to provide one.

After that, they went silent again for another week, not responding until only a few days before the event — at which point I was still overseas, forced to spend my holiday scrambling for a replacement outfit because they kept me completely in the dark. Their lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and ruined what was supposed to be a special experience.

The final email I received contained no apology and no accountability — just a blunt refund notice. No empathy, no care, no respect for their customers or the impact their negligence caused.

This business demonstrates false advertising, unacceptable communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend ordering from Alamour The Label if you value reliability or honest customer service.

Got my wedding dress and it looks nothing like the photos. Missing beads (which I had no idea it had metallic beads). DO NOT BUY THE MARISEL DRESS. Scam. Temu quality.

I bought my daughters formal dress formal dress here we had it custom made and was $580 the inner linning was longer then the actual dress material so showed out the front of the split the stitching was not straight and some areas was like a 5 year old sewed it and was like they went over and over in the same area, the neck line we asked for sweetheart but if they were unable to do it we asked that they please leave the neckline as is and they cut it and brought the neckline down and it was like a box it was horrible the overall quality was disgusting and the girls were no help and they won’t reply anymore I did not get a refund and what a poor experience for my daughter. I have had a dress maker look at it and the whole pattern was cut incorrect and she was horrified at what we received for that money

Stunning dress, beautiful craftsmanship, this dress is super high quality. Great communication when I asked about sizing, and arrived faster than expected. Great experience!

My experience with Alamour the Label has been one of the most disappointing customer service interactions I’ve ever had.

I placed an order for a made-to-order Isabel Black dress (XXS) on 15th June 2025. Before purchasing, I had tried on the XS in-store, found it too big, and chose XXS for my final order. When the dress arrived, it came with no size or care labels (one had even been ripped off), and it fit exactly the same as the XS I tried on. From the very beginning, I questioned whether I was even sent the correct size.

What followed was weeks of back and forth with Alamour’s “customer care.” On 23rd June, I flagged the missing labels. On 26th June, I was told another dress would be rushed. On 4th July, 8th July, and again on 27th July, I had to chase updates because production timelines kept shifting without explanation. Each response felt like a generic, copy-paste reply with no real accountability.

By 1st August — six weeks after my initial order — I was still waiting, with nothing resolved. I made it clear that I no longer wished to keep the dress and formally requested a refund. Instead of taking ownership, Alamour continued to ignore my concerns and send robotic replies about “tracking being provided once the dress is ready.”

At this point, I have no refund, no usable dress, and absolutely no confidence in this brand. The lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care is unacceptable for any reputable company — let alone one selling dresses at this price point.

I will not be purchasing from Alamour again, and I strongly caution others before ordering. If something goes wrong (as it did for me), expect to be ignored, strung along, and left out of pocket.

Buyer Beware. We ordered a formal dress in April. the first dress provided had a flaw and needed to be returned. The second dress provided had the same flaw in the material and was the wrong size and design. We then asked for a refund - not an unreasonable request - it was denied. It then took another 2 months to get the dress. By which time the event had come and gone.

Ordered a dress back in 2022 for an event. They took months to ship so I eventually had to cancel the order. In exchange I receieved a store credit that I cannot use as an error message appears in checkout. Customer service has not replied to my message - it has been a month now. You are paying them so much money for slow shipping and poor service.

I love the clothing from Alamour. It elegant, stylish and beautifully crafted.

Received my make to order within 4 weeks of purchase. It’s an absolutely stunning dress. I would recommend ordering early and giving your exact measurements. The dress was very long for me, where iv now had to get it altered, costing a further $200.

I went to make a Purchase for the Regina Dress in Black Its on sale for $99.

However after I entered my details in, my bank had a popup notification warning of potential scams from this site, so before I put in the bank pin code, I quickly came to Trustpilot to have a look at the reviews and I thank everyone for their candor.

After reading your comments I continued to search online to do a thorough investigation just in case.

Because I had several websites open for a dress of a certain type Sheer Black. Need it for an Event.

Well further down the search engine rabbit hole I found this website

Almost $100 more than the Alamour The Label Website.

It seems like one of those scam sites that runs multiple websites under different domains after seeing this, it 1000% convinced me that with all of the bad reviews, the missing dresses, lack of customer support, I didn't want my money to just vanish on another scam site.

So I immediately cancelled my purchase before completing it.
