couriers did not handle package with…
couriers did not handle package with care - flipped it over agressively two times. The packaged itself was very carefully packed and suitably padded by the vendor. Item was extremely damaged and now have to return.

Disappointed
Just like to mention. I had a sideboard delivered. I was rung as the 2 men delivering couldnt find th address
I directed them and went out to meet them.
Not very friendly one didnt speak.
It wasnt a langage barrier as he clearly understands English
They carried the item in and this man seemed disgruntled when I pointed out that the sideboard was upside down
They both didnt say anything just turned the furniture right side then the man just walked out
Practically pushed past me no goodbye or sorry
No conversation from either.
The other took a photo then left
He spoke when I asked if he needed a signiture. I felt uncomfortable and upset
I spent alot of money and am considering buying a larger chest of drawers but Im not buying from yourselves again because these delivery men dont understand basic customer service.
I was left disappointed when I should have felt happy.
It left a bad taste in my mouth.

Outstanding delivery service — professional, thoughtful and genuinely helpful
I would like to give a huge thank you to the AIT Home Delivery team who delivered my new sofa, especially Nabi and his colleague.
The communication was excellent from beginning to end. I had confirmation in advance that my chosen delivery date would be honoured, and on the morning of delivery the driver messaged me to confirm they had my order and let me know the expected delivery window.
As the time approached, I received a call to say they expected to arrive within the hour, followed by another call when they were approximately 20 minutes away. This was particularly helpful, as it gave me time to prepare access to my flat.
I live in a block of flats surrounded by scaffolding, so being able to identify the delivery team and prepare for their arrival made a real difference.
When they arrived, they spotted me, came over to introduce themselves and listened while I explained where the sofa needed to go. They were friendly, reassuring and professional throughout.
The sofa is very heavy, and I asked whether they could help slot the sections together. They kindly did so, even though this was beyond what they were required to do. As a disabled customer, that extra help made an enormous difference. Without it, I honestly don't know how I would have managed.
They went above and beyond, and I am extremely grateful.
Excellent communication, punctuality, kindness and a willingness to help. A credit to AIT Home Delivery, and a delivery experience I would happily recommend. Thank you both!
