I had an email from the seller saying…
I had an email from the seller saying that the item will be unwrapped and delivered to the room of my choice. Upon delivery this was not the case and the delivery men would not wait for us to phone that company (CoolMed) and wait.

On time and helpful
Was given the delivery window the day before and then they phoned to confirm on the day of delivery arrival in the next hour. The delivery men were very pleasant and helpful and took all packaging with them on departure.

There was an extended delay on the day caused by traffic incident BUT I received a telephone call from the driver to inform me.
Later he called again to say he was now able to move and give an amended time slot.
He was very personable.

Excellent Tracking System – Impressive Technology for a Small Delivery Company!
I’m genuinely impressed with AIT Home Delivery UK Ltd!
Their parcel tracking system is excellent, and what surprised me most is that they even support what3words (W3W) for delivery locations.
For a relatively small delivery company, having this kind of technology is seriously impressive! Some much larger delivery companies don’t even offer such useful features.
Their IT department deserves real credit for developing and maintaining such a good tracking system. It’s clear that they’ve put effort into making deliveries easier and more accurate for customers.
Overall, a great experience. It’s refreshing to see a smaller delivery company investing in technology and getting it right.
Five stars! Keep up the excellent work, especially the IT team!

Above and beyond service
The guys were great calling 15mins prior to delivery and were careful in carrying my purchase into my house also after delivery after unpacking my item I noticed a support leg was missing so rang them back just to see if they could check if it had came loose in van to which they politely acknowledged my request and if it was they would come back with it unfortunately it wasn't but still grateful for there efforts
