They are scammers! Lost and Found is for free. Don’t use their website

I have to at least give a 1 but they deserve a negative rating. Absolute SCAM.
All it appears to be is a system in place that regularly sends you warm emails telling you how hard they are trying
No way to complain. I have sent them 8 messages complaining of their service and advising them that I got the item via another source. But keep getting their emails

Stay away from this website. It is not any airports official Lost and Founds. Instead go to the airports official website and see who to contact and how they handle lost items.

It is scam. Never use it.
My item was at the airport at the airlines lost and found the entire time. For a week these bloody cheaters sent me emails like "we are searching, we have a recovery rate of 9/10"

PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR SERVICES! THEY DO NOT DELIVER!
Once a Priorty Claim is paid for and if you cancel before 24 hours, per their company guidelines, you cannot get a refund and they ignore your calls, chats and any other mode of communication you attempt.
I submitted 2 claims and cancelled both within 8 hours. I did receive one refund 5 days later and still for the other.
Patience is a virtue working with this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!

It's scam. Event my first payment attempt was marked as suspisious to Revolut. I believe, they don't have any agents, just computer program and they own database, to provide fake value.

I will contact my bank for refund, all ppl, do the same. if they won't refund, your bank will return your money.

Totally scam. They said will refund. Because my item its founded by the aircrew team. So its before 24 hours already founded. Until now they didnt refund!!!

Yep - it got me too. Damn. You google the aiport + "lost and found" and this site comes to top. Looks legit. A lot of effort went into producing their website. Can't believe its still returning at top of Google search list - WOW. this is pure theft through and through. Don't believe? Try ascertaining who owns company. They aren't afiliated with any parent listing. Website should be taken down. OMG. this awful. They even place calls to make it believable after you engage. WOW! $400 gone with premium service at two airports (lost wallet - with layover so tried covering both)... AND WALLET WAS RETURNED by uber that same day. HAHA! omg. this sucks. at least I got my wallet back - but NOT BECAUSE OF THESE FOOLS...... fraudulent thieves. DO NOT USE DO NOT USE DO NOT USE SCAM!!!

I consider myself pretty good about not falling for scams. I will admit this one got me. They have a very slick link which takes you to their website claiming that you can purchase upgraded service versus the free TSA lost and found service. Basically I got a bunch of AI generated messages for the first month and then nothing. Then for some crazy reason over two months later I get an email from airport recovery services that my item had been located and to click on a link for TSA. Their email also said to specifically not include them in the email to TSA which immediately sent up a red flag. Sure enough they don’t do anything except just take your money.

This company is a scam. Apart from one call to confirm payment, I have only received auto-generated emails with standardized updates.

A waste of time and money! It is a hoax!

This isn't a real company. They don't respond to you other than if you pay money, they call you pretty quickly and let you know that 'they're starting to look for your item'.

Then you get emails saying they're still looking for your item. When you message them via chat, you get ignored.

Save your money

Safe your money. My luggage was found by airport staff 3 days ago and even though I notified the company they keep on sending me AI generated messages about their dedikation and that they are still working hard trying to find my luggage.
The luggage was not retrieved by the company and there was no possibility in getting a contact to a human through telephone or email

Would Give 0 stars if possible. I gave them exact times and location of where the item was left, but 20 days of nothing but AI generated messages. I got in touch with the airport lost and found and it had been there for days. Save your time and money and just do it yourself.

total scam.
they don't look for your item. they never pick up the phone (ever). The live chat is not real.
my item was sitting exactly where i told them it was left and they said "after working with all of our agencies we cannot locate it".
I returned to the airport the next day and found it in 3 seconds.

COMPLETE SCAM!!!! Do NOT use this service, they will not help whatsoever. Please please please never use this service !!!

Impossible to get in contact with. I tried to cancel my service (within the 2h window) without any kind of recation/ confirmation from their side. 
In the meanwhile do they spam you for weeks  with positivt emails on how close they are to find your obejct for weeks. Without any kind of sucess. 
I had tho use the credit card company to get my money back.

I asked them to help me get in touch with Delta- they claimed they prioritized and were doing everything they could to search for my wallet via a series of automated emails. On my return flight I stopped by the Delta office. They'd had the wallet the entire to me and no one had ever reached out.

I only got automated responses for 4 days when I attempted to demand a refund.

This is the biggest scam out there. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. A bunch of LIARS.....TERRRIBLE

I just wanted to tell you not to bother looking for my laptop. Despite all the precise instructions I've given you over the past 24 days, amidst my great desperation and anguish, urging you to search the designated locations in Heathrow Airport Terminal 3, they have yielded nothing. I made the mistake of paying them a lot of money (at least for me, coming from a poor country) to recover my device. Still, all I received was a bunch of bland emails with messages that only sought to keep my hopes up, to then charge me more money and tell me, once again, that they still haven't been able to find my laptop. I insist: after all the damn instructions I gave you!

The people at Heathrow Lost Property Office, who are very professional and reliable, sorted everything out when I asked them about my lost laptop. I went to their website and located my device. And in a matter of a day—read this carefully: in a single day, they recovered my laptop and sent it to my country! I only received courtesy and good treatment from them, not deceptive messages like the ones you sent me. They are honest people; you are not. Learn something!

What poor service! What humiliation you subject poor people to, distressed by losing their property at an airport amidst the rush and desperation of not missing a flight!

This same message will be read by thousands of people, who, thanks to your mediocrity and ill will, will learn of my dissatisfaction.

With much resentment and distrust toward you, I bid you farewell.
