I accidentally left a pair of $900 glasses on a plane and was hoping to recover them, but it has now been a month. There has been no proactive communication or status updates from this team. I have had to follow up three times myself, and each time I receive the same generic response:
"Concierge Agent 3 says: so sorry but it looks like there is no match for your item yet. Nor has any item similar to your item been turned in yet. Don't worry about it, as we always aim to get things recovered at a fast rate, it is valid for 30 days anyway and we will be on the lookout for your lost item. Once we have any new updates, you will receive an email with instructions on how to retrieve your lost item. In the meantime, please hang tight and let us continue to do our work and hopefully we can share good news with you soon"
They do not offer refunds either after 24 hours, so I wouldn’t recommend spending additional money on top of what you’ve already lost.

Don’t fall it’s a scam! All the positive reviews are fake. Lost my money for this fake service, I was in panic and didn’t do proper research paid the amount and lost my money - they don’t do anything just take your money.

I requested a refund and got their confirmation email saying they have already sent the amount. Then 10 days later still not refund amount back to my visa card.

I tried to send them emails -no replies. I reached out the agent on the website's chatbox, they just kept saying the amount has been sent but couldn't provide any proof, not even the ARN number so I can check with my bank.

Not to mention, the searching service was terrible. I paid to search for my jacket in Hongkong airport. They were very slow in updating results. I ended up getting help from the Lost and Found department of Hongkong airport themselves.

The amount was not much but this is a scam for me. DO NOT pay them.
