Complete Scam!!! Spent days with emails back and forth and providing screen shots of my lost items exact location which was at the Delta Lost and Found. I was panicking and found this site so I moved fast without reading reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You can contact the lost and found for your airline or airport directly. After fighting for a week I contacted Delta directly and had my item back within a couple of days. DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!!

Horrible experience with the chat representative concierge agent 4. Felt rushed, short replies. Was told their time is limited as they are working on “priority cases” which mine was one of those. Discount code provide did not work and was charged full amount. Asked to have the discount added and was told to wait 24hrs for an update to see if it was possible. however that would have placed me outside the 24hr period if I chose to cancel claim and get a full refund. Discount Refund would have taken 7-10 business days. The discount is minor, and its not about the amount but more about the actual code not working. Agent asked me to cancel the claim and the resumbit a new claim with a different discount code. That would have been two separate amounts paid. Decided to cancel the claim completely due to the bad experience.
