Mark has been wonderful! He called me immediately after I filed my missing iPhone report. He was extremely kind, professional, and competent. I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate his help and this service at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris.

I got John on the phone line to help me find out the status on my case, he was very attentive and listen to my questions to make sure that the information captured in the system was accurate. Still waiting for the item to be found.

Ecept for today with Mr. Johnbert , Concierge n. 3, who was nice and helpful, after 7 days of chatting with AI I'm still waiting for an answer for a trolley lost in Frankfurt (and already found by LH aircraft people). The service is not worthing the fee they demand.

That Janes (Janis) reached out to me within 20 mins of submitting my request for my passport that I lost. She helped me submit my claim and showed me empthay and hope that I would find my passport. Please know she gave me the best customer service and is gonna keep up in touch with me to see if my passport can be found. Its people like her that make a bad situation seem hopeful. I apprecite her patient and kindness and professialism.
